I own and operate a professional wrestling school/training center for VIP Wrestling that was decimated by the recent storms. This has happened once before, and dealing with commercial roofing is always a complete pain. Based on a referral, I reached out to CLC, and was assigned to Jill Sweeny. She made sure all the proper paperwork was filed with the insurance company and had a crew out, restoring our roof in no time at all. The last time I had to do this, it took months to even get a reply to have someone come talk to me, let alone get the repairs done. Jill responded to my inquiry almost immediately and acted as if a commercial job was no big deal, and (in a sense) it wasn't. She was a true professional that answered all my questions in a timely manner and got the work done (correctly) so that I could get back to running my business in no time. The best part - no stress on my end in having to deal with the insurance company. She worked some sort of magic (or maybe it was just years of experience and great customer service) to where I barely had to speak to them at all. I cannot recommend Jill and CLC roofing enough. Sorry for the novel. It probably took you longer to read this review than it took for CLC to get me a brand new roof. You guys are a great asset to our community.

Calling a company knowing you're going to be spending lots of money is always a scary process. CLC roofing made that process a lot less scary. Lindsay was the first point of contact. She reassured me that the sales team would guide me through the process and that they did! Turns out I didn't even need a full replacement. They repaired the spot quickly and were so helpful! CLC replaced our roof in 2018. Recently (2025) we had a few shingles come loose. One call, and Branson came right out to assess the situation, and he was able to resolve it same day without charge. So thankful it was resolved quickly before it became a bigger issue.

While it’s essential the source quality materials the final outcome, also relies on skilled workmanship, which CLC Roofing delivered under Joe supervision and with a highly competent crew.

The process to get it done with the insurance company was very difficult and took a long time but Jill Sweeny helped us every step of the way, making sure I had all the right information to speak with the claims people effectively. We also had them do some internal work that turned out really well...them being a one stop shop for all kinds of repairs was very helpful. We will definitely use CLC again if the need arises!

I had some pretty bad roof damage located in Rockwall County. I called all of the local guys from Nabors to Tucker Roofing. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service from Tom Gramer at CLC. Honestly, that is the main reason I went with them. He was very honest and professional in his sales approach and that carried all the way through to the completion of the job. Truth be told, I wanted to stay with a local business, but when the customer service Tom provided was well above the conpetition, I had no reason not give CLC the contract. Call and ask for Jaime! They helped us through the whole process after insurance didn’t want to pay. He is knowledgeable and professional. CLC did a great job and Jaime is excellent!

Working with Kimberly at CLC Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. She did an excellent job explaining the entire process, from helping me file the insurance claim to making sure the roof was completed properly and on time. She stayed in constant contact with the insurance company and handled all the payment and deductible details, which took a huge burden off my shoulders.
