We wanted to get an opinion of your house that we built 25 years ago. The inspection verified some things we already knew and some we did not. All in all it gave us a comfort and understanding of what items needed to be addresses for an aging house. The inspector was detailed, informative and easy to talk to. Jeff did a fine and thorough job inspecting our new house we were purchasing. He was easy to work with and explained everything. He was open to our questions and concerns as well. They were far more expensive than other companies, but could get to us right away while others couldn't, so we had to pay.

On 12-23-2025 I had a 5 year old home which I am purchasing inspected by Super Inspector, Chuck Schmidtke. Not only was I scheduled for my convenience (I live out of town), but Chuck was prompt and extremely thorough throughout the process. He gave detailed information, including photos, after the inspection was complete. I feel very confident with all his reviews including Structural Systems, Electrical Systems, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Appliances and Optional Systems.
