Home Services reviews in Corinth, Texas

This is the first time I’ve ever had our carpets cleaned after living here for 15 years. Tim was highly recommended on Nextdoor and I decided to give it a shot. With multiple pups over the years, i wasn’t very optimistic on the stains coming out and figured that my only solution was to replace the carpet.
I was wrong. Tim was responsive to my inquiry within minutes, he was right on time (with a text notice) and very cool and knowledgeable of my situation.
He was great and the carpets look and smell like new. Next time I won’t wait so long to get my carpets cleaned and I know exactly who to call.
It’s also a bonus he owns a local business which I always try to support. Recommend 10/10

I had a great experience utilizing Tim’s service to clean a rug that had a good amount of pet fur, dirt and stain build up. He was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain what he would and wouldn’t be able to address with the rug and why. I was really impressed with the work he did and will use him again in the future.

Tim is a super honest professional and has great rates! He is very knowledgeable, takes his time to educate, and is not going to try to upsell to waste your money! Most definitely someone I will call when needed! Thank you sir!

Tim did an excellent job cleaning our carpets.
We will be calling him in the future.

Great experience. They were able to fit us in very quickly, gave us some really good information before they started and did the work efficiently! Would highly recommend and we will use again.

I needed a carpet stretched and cleaned upstairs, and given the great reviews of Quality Care, decided to hire them for the Job. First off, Tim always responded quickly and was flexible in accommodating a schedule change I had to make. When he arrived at my home, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and recognizing that stretching my carpet could cause challenges given it's very unique pattern and high quality. He noted he'd be able to do it, however wanted to offer up another company that has more specific capabilities related to what we were looking at. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an honest person who would be willing to pass the work to another company with his interest solely being that we get the results which live up to my homes standards. This is RARE today and I WILL be using Tim for all my cleaning needs in the future. I will also recommend him to all my friends and family. 5 stars and two thumbs up- thanks Tim!

Highly recommend Quality Care Carpet Cleaning for all your carpet, rugs and upholstery needs. He does a thorough and beautiful job. Look no further.

Great customer service! Very nice and experienced. Got out stains that others could not. Prompt, professional and priced fairly. Highly recommend!

This is the second time Tim has cleaned upholstery or rugs for us. Both times excellent work. Tim is professional, polite and thorough. Tim takes his time and determined to get the stain out. His prices are fair and I highly recommend him. I will continue to give Quality Care my business.

This was our second time using Quality Care Carpet and we couldn’t be happier! We called Jim early in the week and asked if there was any way he could clean the carpet in the house we were moving into on Friday but we had to wait until we got the keys. He was super flexible with us and made it happen! He worked quickly and did a great job! We were so happy with the finished product. We will definitely have him out again in the future!

Tim did a great job cleaning our carpet. He was timely and efficient. He removed spots that we thought would never come out. He also repaired a separated seam and you would never know it was ever there.

They were fast to respond, texted when they were on their way, showed up on time and did a great job. We Highly recommend them. He cleaned our carpets one day and tile the next and everything looks brand new!

I recently had my carpets and couch cleaned, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The technician was incredibly friendly and communicative, taking the time to explain each step of the process and ensuring I understood everything. He worked efficiently and the job didn’t take long at all. My carpets and couch look amazing! I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of quality cleaning. Thank you for a job well done!

Tim was so friendly and professional. It took literally no time at all to get me on his schedule, and he was very responsive to all my requests. I highly recommend this Family business! He is levels above standard commercial companies on value and quality! And yes, I still have Xmas decor in March...dont judge me! 🤣🤣

Very pleased with the carpet cleaning service today. Honest about how much the stains would come out and exceeded expectations. I had 5 rooms done and a couple of hallways and still drying but looks great. I’d recommend and use again.

Tim did an EXCELLENT job! He educated us on the best plan of action for cleaning our couch and went over and beyond on our carpet cleaning. His prices were very competitive and the quality of his work was superb! Thank you, Tim!
