The person who came and look at my dishwasher last August 22, 2025. I don't think he knows what his doing? He took apart of my dishwasher pannel board and my connection host to my dishwasher drain host! He start talking and telling us about the problems of my dishwasher and disposal. After his done he told us that he will connect my drain host? I'm sorry to say, but his not a professional at all. If u have questions, frre to call us

Great appliance repair shop. A very big thank you to Albert who is not only very knowledgeable and professional but also has great customer service skills. I asked to be walked through of what he was doing . Albert without hesitation proudly did so . He was Very thorough throughout the whole process. Albert seems as if he is a senior leader and if not should be in upper management. From now on I will always call arrow appliance repair. Thank you .
