Moreno’s Pools and Spa did an outstanding job building our pool. The entire process from design to completion was smooth, professional, and well organized. The quality of the work really shows and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out.

What I also appreciate is that they continue to take care of the pool with their monthly maintenance service. It’s one less thing I have to worry about because they keep everything clean, balanced, and running perfectly.

Its ok place needs improvement has potential but needs work tight place lots of dirt

Great for pool building but very poor for taking care of issues afterwards. Very expensive and not good pool technicians. Pool is great, but using them for taking care of it after is the problem.

Called several times finally set a date and time, it was raining that day so figured they would be behind called to check on a reschedule time no answer. Called back the next day on June 4 the lady that answered "was driving and will call back in 10 minutes when I stop" it is the longest 10 min she still has not called back

The staff at Galloway Pools are great people to work with on maintaining our pool. We have not had a pool in the past and thought it might be somewhat of a challenge; however, they made the process of owning and maintaining a pool far easier than we thought. We highly recommend Galloway Pools!

Had our pool installed by Galloway Pools. They listen to your wants/needs and incorporate them into your dream pool. Once construction starts they are able to create your dream pool with minimal oversight. If you do see something or have an issue they will come out and fix it right away. After construction they do a "pool school" to teach you how to work the pool and will come out quickly if you have any issues. They stand by their product and want to make sure the owners are happy. I would definitely recommend Galloway Pools to anyone looking to install a pool.

I contacted Galloway Pools to see if they installed salt water cells and what their pricing was. They responded quickly to my inquiry. Through several email exchanges, Jason provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed and educated decision. The Ranches have used Galloway Pools for fountain and pool service needs for years and years. They maintain pools and fountains at the various divisions in Texas. They have remodeled pools built in the 1950's and 1970's, designed and constructed a new pool, and they perform the related maintenance for same. We have been more than pleased with the Galloway family and their dedicated associates. Over the years, with any long-term service relationship with any vendor, some sort of issue or problem is bound to occur. This vendor quickly resolved any concern or problem very quickly and without delay. We highly recommend this vendor for any size pool or fountain project in South Texas. "Service after the sale" has always been excellent and their construction services are beyond reproach. Bravo to Galloway Pools for your expertise and for your excellent service.

They have been maintaining our 50,000 gallon pool for years. It’s a challenge because it gets leaves in it often and our well water has algae in lines sometimes. Our pool is alway sparkling clean. I have checked prices and they are the most reasonable. Especially since they drive half way to bishop to service our pool.

Great family business! We have been using them almost 5+ years for all of our cleanings, openings, and closings. As new pool owners, they were very patient with us. Definitely would recommend!! :)

Hired Galloway to replace pumps/filter and install a cover. Took them nearly a year to “complete”. Left an absolute mess. They started with the new pumps and filters prior to the cover install resulting in a bunch of debris/rocks/mortar/tile/sand to be pulled through the new filters and pumps. Can’t be good for brand new equipment.. very poor planning. The tile/brick work was a disaster and still is. Never finished tile work around the skimmers and left globs of mortar/concrete material that’s now stuck to the plaster. The jet nozzles also mysteriously disappeared while they were working on the cover, never replaced. Eventually, it was just good to see them go. Never corrected anything, pathetic quality of work for such an expensive job. Never again.

We just had these guys out to access the damage from a major leak. They were quick about getting everything set up to dry out the affected area. They answered every question I had and kept me updated on every single thing they needed to do. Every single employee that came to our house was friendly and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the coastal bend.
