Don't do buisness with these people. They are liars and will act like they will work with you then they won't. Poor business etiquette.

Nice new homes. Friendly staff. it is a designed neighborhood with hoa.

Pay attention to the detail. Look at the concrete, look at the fence, look at the window frame, check out BEtter business bureau. Do your homework. It’s a lot of money for a lot of problems

Terrible quality workmanship. Overpriced to say the least. Incredibly arrogant, rude, condescending and pushy! Buy elsewhere! You have been warned!

my house is more than a month late in delivery !! and they still do not give me a delivery date and they should have delivered us the first days of August !! 😡 while other houses were on time or late for a single week !! many excuses and the builder does not show his face. Think twice before negotiating with these people.

this builder has affected my family. Me and my family have been living in a hotel for 3 weeks with small children because the our house it’s still under construction !! They have many houses under construction but only the construction of my house was affected with Covid, and it is overdue for more than a month !! and while still making a house for sale !! this builder is not honest !! I would not buy with them again

Fox homes builders were very professional, caring ,understanding, Thank You Mrs. Esmeralda Espinoza, for going through all the information on how to start the process, For showing us not just one home, but multiple homes, different floor plans, we were able to look at the homes more than one time for our final decision on our first dream home.

The owner is a drunk!! He’s cheap in every material they use for the houses while he’s over charging 4x’s what the houses are actually worth. Not an honest or trustworthy company AT ALL! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

These developers are building new homes in our local area, I walk with my dog in the morning and walk pass their development. I am a volunteer with the Special Olympics and we had our biggest fundraiser coming up in a few weeks and I noticed they had some "scrap wood" lying on the ground near one of the houses. I asked the gentleman near that particular home who was nicely dressed in a shirt and tie who would I speak to about them donating the "scrap wood" to our local Special Olympics for our upcoming fundraiser. He suggested I speak to another gentleman that was in the area. I walked around the development to find this gentleman, I asked him the same question - he agreed that it was scrap wood and that they probably would just throw it away, but he could not GIVE ME the scrap wood because this guy has yelled at him in the past for giving away scrap wood, he suggested I contact the Fox Home office. So on my way back pass the scrap wood, I took a picture of the wood and the home it was in front of so the developer would see exactly what I was talking about and not think I was mistaking the scrap wood for real useable lumbar.

I spoke with the receptionist and asked if I could email her the photos I took so she could let the developer know this indeed is just scrap wood and not useable lumbar. She thought that was a great idea. I also emailed her our fundraiser flyer for the event and a donation letter with our tax ID information, so she would know this was a legitimate organization and fundraiser. Well several days passed and she never returned my call, I followed up for two days only for her to tell me that Fox Homes would not donate SCRAP WOOD to the local Special Olympics where they were building homes in our area. He would not be making any type of donation!

It is very sad and pitiful when a company is not willing to give back to their own community - and we weren't even asking for a lot - just the "scraps'!!!

I would NEVER purchase a home with them!!!

They are totally crazy stupid on the prices of the homes, told them I wanted under 200k home in the portland area. The lady was such a witch (Imelda) made it sound like I was being unreasonable, said that won't even buy you a 1300sf home in that community. They have 2 home builders in that community, I am getting 1600 sf home witch for 183k so I would suggest not even dealing with this company. Plus I was looking at the concrete work on the models and homes being built... Horrible, simply no pride in workmanship. Braselton in that same community treated me with respect and the home was flawless.

We are planning to buy a house and we visited one of fox builder in sandy creek corpus christi last march. we came back June and the agent said the property base price increased by 10k. From 229k it went up to 239k for 3 bed rooms. We made some negotiations but no warnings from them that their price will increase. We came back july and all of a sudden the base price went up to 259k for 3 bedrooms. So hard to deal with them. Just a waste of time. Better look for another location. I dont know why in a span of 2 months they increased by 30k and when ask what is the reason they tell you its the lumber! Hell yah lumber price went cheaper to let you know!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. If you are planning on buying a home from Fox please beware that if you find legitimate discrepancies with the home that they will either not get done or done so horrible that you will just want to settle so you can pay someone to do it correctly cause they obviously cannot and will not fix anything. Also I hope you don't have a rate lock on your property cause I saw nothing done for six weeks on the house that I had picked after signing papers so I hat to pay for an extension and many more due to the incompetence of Fox, and they also would not help on paying anything with the extensions. I hope this will save somebody from going through with the people at Fox Home Builders.

I have worked with Ashley and Mike during the build of our new home during these hard time with the supplies are being hard to get. They both worked extremely hard to meet our deadlines as we were in an unusual situation. We love our new home and couldn’t be happier with the people we have worked with to build our home.

Awesome craftsmanship, attention to detail. Little nicks and flaws observed during final walk through were corrected without rework. All of the staff we encountered were courteous, professional and friendly. (5 stars)
However, get your grass from someone other than Fox, the grass is substandard, mixed with Bermuda grass and weeds and does not come with any type of warranty, don't waste your 2K. Get your grass from Coastal, much better quality and they're honest! (0 stars).

They deserve NO stars. Dealing with these people left me absolutely disturbed on multiple levels.

I cannot believe these people are in business. It makes me mad enough that they are unprofessional, but the dishonesty and shady business practices they display with such arrogance just disgusted me completely. I would trust 300k with a complete stranger before I would give these people $5.00.

We are extremely happy with our new Fox Home. We are impressed with the quality of the construction, the timeliness of their response to our request of services and the beauty of our home. We have appreciated Anthony, Veronica, Whistle, Joe and the entire team. They have been knowledgeable, professional and caring. We will enthusiastically recommend Fox Homes.

May 2020 after 2 months of occupying our new home, the garage door disengaged with the roller guide and some bearings fall down . It was weekend night, the wind was strong and rain pouring down hard. We immediately contacted Fox Home builders representative to fix the issue and suggested a company and arranged a technician the following day.
the garage door was finally fixed the following day and a receipt was given by the garaged door company. Due to pandemic , we never had any chance to go back to Fox builders office for the re imbursement of the said receipt.
Feb 2021,I contacted fox builders office to claim the cost of the garage door but they don't want to honor the cost which is $75 , saying the company that fixed our garage was not the one that installed our garage.
We are very dis appointed with this issue since we know that the problem was caused of in correct installation of the garage door and since our house is still under warranty.
The money is not the issue here. its just the people from this company should be sensitive enough for their clients need especially in dealing with the warranty of the houses.

Bought this house brand new a few years ago, I loved this house and the price was decent, since then I’ve replaced every single vent on the roof from leaking, found out the foundation is basically bowel shaped, have cracks in the drywall in every room, cracked tile, and doors that don’t latch including the front and back, ppl who have come out to fix some of the issues told me they just try building these homes as fast and cheap as possible and I definitely see it being the case. And don’t expect them to come out to fix issues after you buy it they’ll avoid your calls like the plague.

We purchase a New Town Home in the Sandy Creek Town Home area. Very happy with the fit and finish. Other than a few miner issues that were address in the walk through. Joel , Jr., Customer Service, Donna Vickers were awesome. Very professional. I would buy it again and highly recommend Fox Home Builders for your next Home
