I called around to get some quotes on getting an input for my generator to my house. These guys immediately got back to me and was able to give me an estimate with just the pictures of my electrical box. One of the only other guys who even called me back wanted an appointment for the estimate and that was 2 weeks out. The only other guy to contact me was cheaper but tried to talk me into doing it without an interlock which is against code and dangerous. Discount electric was able to work around my schedule to make the appointment for the install and arrived right on time. They ended up having to do a lot more than they estimated because they had to move a lot of things around because my box is old but stuck to the price they promised. They definitely have a new loyal customer for anything electric.

I had the majority of my outlets randomly go out in my house. Pure panic set in to try and find an electrician ASAP. Discount Electric fit me in same day. Real life savers!!! Chris was able to figure out that a wire was burned out on the AEP side causing my problem. He took the time to call AEP and made sure that they were set to come out before he left my house. Incredible service! I would highly recommend for sure. Definitely has my future business!

Tony Buentello did a great job wiring in my pool pump. I used another company prior to Discount , and all they did was try to sell me things I didn't need. The electrician was also a salesman. Tony came out and did the job I needed without a sales pitch. He also noticed that the A/C breaker was arching while he was installing the pool breaker, and he tightened the the connection up. Good service. I will use them again.

Have used Discount Electric for years. They have been everything you’d want and expect: professional, on time, communicative, friendly and reasonably priced.
