Unfortunately one of the worse services we ever had getting a guy here wasn’t the problem it was fast but unfortunately their lack of experience was shown after they start changing all kinds of parts on a 2018 unit, well six moths after once the eating unit was needed we find out our heater was not working due to the fact that parts changed were not correct lower on amperage therefore the unit didn’t work I sent the owner of the company an email letting him know since their billing was also very bad. make sure they disclosed price before they change anything. Unfortunately for me it was a priority to get my establishment up in running so never though about asking price, well I was wrong my bill was over 2k charging for guys that didn’t event do anything but none of the less it was 500 dollars for his time I end up disputing the charges but even after all our bill was over 1700 but what it make it worse was the owner had the audacity to send and treating email attempting to put a link on my property if I didn’t pay really sucks but worse is that after all I am realizing the all repairs are re check by other company fixing their mistakes I will go to to the BBB but this is to make sure that those who do their homework before hiring a company don hire this guys or make sure you’re on top of it otherwise they can screw you bad ( don’t trust them)
