We moved into our new home in October 2024. I wanted to wait a few months for the excitement of owning a new home and moving to a new state wore off. But everyday I look around my beautiful home and I cannot help but smile. Building a new home was a new experience for us and from what other people have been through I through that I knew what to expect. I was wrong! Things like granet counter tops and top of the line floor tile that others paid a premium for were standard with Azali Homes! I was able to pick out every single thing that I wanted and more. We got to see our home built from dirt to the beautiful home it is now with the help of Emily and Jen. Being states away and not able to just pop in and see the progress was hard. But Jen and Emily sent us photos and we were able to come down for inspections. I love my home and all of the special touches that Azali put into it.

Amazing home, haven’t seen anything like this in Corpus. Definitely top builder I’ve seen & very responsive and good customer service.

We looked for our home in Corpus Christi South Side for a few months. Could not find what we were looking for. And finally, we decided to visit Azali Estates and drove all the way to the end and there it was, our dream home. Perfect size, full of light, quality builder, what we called "affordable luxury." We could not believed such quality was so affordable few miles from the ocean. Emily, Simon, and Sara made the process easy for us, including upgrades. They worked hard to make my wife happy, and that is not easy. We are very happy to call Azali Estates our home now.

As soon as I stepped into my Azali home with my realtor, after looking at over a dozen homes, I knew immediately that this was going to be my new home. My sales representative, Emily, was fantastic – knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs and preferences, guiding me through all the options without any pressure.

The entire purchasing process was seamless. Communication was excellent, with regular updates on construction progress. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The design center experience was also a highlight; I appreciated the expert guidance in making selections that perfectly fit my style.

As I moved towards closing, the team continued to exceed my expectations. The walkthrough was comprehensive, addressing any minor concerns immediately. The closing process itself was smooth and efficient, thanks to their organized approach. I am now happily settled in my beautiful new home, and couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. We built our home from scratch with Azali. The process took over a year, so we got to know the team well. Emily, Cindy, Liza, and the rest of the team were always responsive, professional, & helpful. We were kept in the loop regarding all progress. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it with Azali 100%. Our new home is beautiful. Our family is so thankful for their hard work.
