Very pleased with my appointment setup with Joshua. When his guy come to clean, he explained to us what he was going to do. We had moved furniture and placed it back so he could do the remaining area. Our carpet had not been cleaned in forever, smells n looks very clean. Rick did an excellent job at a reasonable cost! Will be a returning customer.

These guys are great. My mom's cat peed on her carpet so I had them come out. It smells A LOT better but I can still smell it. I called them back and they are sending someone out to do it again tomorrow. That's awesome! I don't find fault with their service, cat pee is a B to get out! I'm extremely thankful they offered to clean it again. They are also super affordable! The guys that came out were very informative and friendly, though I didn't care to hear the magic behind the scenes stuff , just that they got it done. Lol which they did and it was surprisingly fast. I'm a no nonsense kind of person and they got down to business and were in and out. I'm so glad I called.

I really like the way the company texted me promptly, and kept me informed of my appointment. The Workman were very friendly and helped me understand what they were doing before they started the work. They were very efficient, and I was surprised at how quickly they completed the work to steam clean my tile and clean a very dirty carpet. Four stars only because I would have liked the larger Furniture moved for the price that I paid for the cleaning.

Quick to respond, Fast, dependable, and thorough. Saved their number to my phone so I don’t go with anyone else for my next service.

The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet was very nice. As far as the cleaner they use and equipment I would definetly not recommend this company. I had three carpeted rooms to be cleaned. They were not that dirty but the chair imprints were still in carpet after he left and it took him 10 minutes to clean three rooms. Carpet does not look cleaned. Again, would not recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I did call and make a complaint they said someone would call me back they never did.

Excellent company. The owner is great and the staff members are excellent. The carpet cleaning was fast and thorough! Three bedrooms with carpet and a living room area rug. They all look brand new and smell fresh and clean. Thank you so much!

Rick is a great worker and is putting his knowledge to great use. My carpet looks new and smells so great. I just bought this house and didn’t know the history but suspected the previous owners possibly had pets and the house was empty prior to me moving in with possible rodents. In addition, my children and I have allergies. I am amazed and so very pleased with his services. I am speechless as to the quality of his work. HIRE THESE GUYS!

Rick and Abel did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I told them about my allergies and they took extra care to clean against baseboards. Friendly and professional!

The tech Ricky was a very respectful young man to work with! He arrived on time, very professional, observed the safety guidelines and wore his mask. My carpet and tile look fantastic!

So I originally just rated 5 stars for the cleaning, but it gets better… Best customer service I have ever received in my life.

My apartment complex tried to say that the carpet was severely stained and the carpet cleaners did not shampoo properly. I called Dort free to see what they would possibly be able to do and Josh said he would love to make it right and touch up the job if it didn’t meet expectations. He was professional and on it. The complex, unfortunately wanted to scam a young college student.

I requested photos. The photos looked like normal wear and tear (or a shadow). and the other photo was a slightly discolored, barely visible and the size of a quarter. After speaking with dirt free they still helped me out and made things better for me when they did not have too.

This company will do an amazing job on the carpets. I highly recommend their services, as they were exceptional in my standards. and I highly recommend NOT living at the ICON IN CORPUS CHRISTI.

Absolutely horrible !!! I scheduled them a week in advance and the day they were supposed to come clean our carpets they were a no call no show , I kept calling the company all day long with absolutely no help when I asked to speak to a manager of course they were not available my husband went to the physical address and it’s was vacant,I asked why they said they are a Mobil company how convenient. Do not waste your time with this company!!!

So pleased with the work ethic, price, and results! Rick and Abel also taught me about caring for the different types of flooring here. We will absolutely have them here again for furniture and additional surfaces. Great service and people. Thanks so much! 😎

Does a good job and takes pride in her work

CCCleaning Services did a great job. She did everything that was needed and more.

I hired Cc cleaning services to come in and clean a home after a junk removal job! They showed up same day I called and absolutely did amazing. I went with their basic cleaning package thinking it would be a simple clean but to me it looked more like they did a deep clean. The crew showed up and surpassed my expectations leaving the home spotless and smelling good. I will be using CC cleaning services for all future jobs! The owner takes pride in her company she’s really sweet and professional!!

The guys did a great job very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
