Just wanted to provide a positive feedback about the lead marketing tech Johnny Garcia and, the expectional job he did in removing my rust/red stains along with makeup and polish removal that no additional carpet cleaning company could do. They took a carpet at our clinic that was installed in 2005 and made it look brand new! Pet odors and normal walk paths are spotless and it smells fantastic and now we like their work so well we have them coming on Thursday to our home to clean the Air Ducts. My experience with Carpet Cleaning Corpus Christi was a bad one. Had a scheduled appointment at 8:00 this morning which was confirmed. I moved furniture from last night til 12:30 a.m. and started back at 5:30 a.m. this morning.
At 7:55, I called them bc I hadn't received a text, call or email that a technician was on their way or in route.
I was told the technician wasn't working today and I need to reschedule. After moving all the furniture in our 2-story home. REALLY?
And I was told they called me and left a message.. They lied!
The good thing is we found Chempro carpet cleaning and we called and scheduled an appointment today!
Danielle and Sean came in and did their DANG think for us!!!
Carpet is CLEANED and DEODORIZED!!
I'm very IMPRESSED for this Company and I love their customer service!

I got a quick response for booking my cleaning. The service tech was on time and went straight to work. And the results were GREAT!! The carpets look new again and smell great.

In a household with six pets, our carpets can get pretty filthy. Christian with ChemPro was able to get them looking like new and our home smelling fresh and clean! I was very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. The job was completed quickly too, yet thoroughly! I'm planning on calling them back to see what they can do with our tile now! Thank you, ChemPro, for helping me knock out a big part of my spring cleaning!

I can't say enough about the professional at this company. They were very friendly and responsive. They fogged our system and did the carpet in the master. The results were amazing. I wish I would have taken before and after photos (my fail). They were amazing. I will definitely be using them again! BTW, we were going to do the vents, and after inspection they showed us the photos and suggested that they didn't need to be done yet. So yeah... honest company! Saved us some money.

SCAM company!! They told me it would be $45 to clean a staircase, then after they cleaned the carpet charged my credit card $85 WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

When I called to let them know they overcharged me they said the tech should have told me there was an additional $40 “trip charge” that they forgot to quote us. (The house is on the Island, so this is pretty excessive.)The receptionist then became belligerently rude and said it was my problem, not theirs that they forgot to let us know. When I asked to speak with a manager she said there was only an owner above her and they would call me back. This never happened and when I tried to call back they refused to answer or return my calls. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!

Also, the carpet was not cleaned very well. They spent 10-15 minutes tops cleaning a staircase from first to second floor. This was no deep cleaning and we could have done better job with a rental steamer.

Had A/C Vents/Ducts cleaned. Shopped around and they had the best price for the same service as other places.(one quote was $700 more!!)
Arranging the appointment was great. Selena was very nice and amazingly knowledgeable and informative about the service and what it entailed.
Reminder texts/emails were sent the day before and when the crew were on the way to the house.
They were on time, professional, and extremely courteous. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess opening the vents caused (they REALLY needed the cleaning)
It has only been two days since they were cleaned but the house smells less muggy (they noted there was mildew in most of the ducts)
I am sure this will resolve some of the dust and breathing issues too but again, it has only been two days!
I will definitely use this business if I ever need any of the services they offer!!

Carpet cleaner, Joshua was EXCELLENT! He was not only on time but called to check if he could come early since he finished his last job, that told me immediately that he was Not lazy, he could've taken a break but chose to keep on working. And when he arrived he was very friendly and courteous, And Professional by letting me know his process. Then he just got to work, work, work. Finish quickly At the end, he explained some of the other services their company does, left a brochure & business We truly enjoyed his work and his work ethics. We will call again!

I used this company to clean my rug and new sofa and I was not happy, they do not clean them. All they do is spray a soap, and do a mild vacuum on it? Like how is that cleaning ? Charged me $230 for two things, and then they both look the same.. the tech was great, but if ur looking for a cleaning service for these items, they are not the ones to use..Maybe this is just an area that they do not specialize, and just provide..

it has been 10 plus years since we have had our carpet cleaned, but these guys came out and got out 10-year-old stains. They did an amazing job very efficient and courteous.
