UPDATE!
I've now had Bay Area Custodial Services come out to clean 3 times & they have NEVER disappointed!

I will say, the 2nd & 3rd cleanings went much faster, at the 2 hour mark or just barely past. So once they get that first initial cleaning out of the way, it definitely seems like cleaning is more maintained rather than the need for deep detailing.
This last time, I asked that they specifically focus on my walk-in shower since we'd recently had some contractor work done.
It looked like a whole new shower afterwards!
Amazing work, all around, & the ladies are so sweet, considerate, & supportive!

I feel like sometimes people are put in your life exactly when you need their light.
Maria, Ashley, & Margaret were just that for me.

I have an exceptionally busy lifestyle between work & my passion: Aerials & dancing & it does not leave much time OR energy to keep my home clean. We maintain it but it has NEVER glistened & gleamed like it does today.

The level of detail & care these ladies take are unparalleled across the industry! My goodness!

I went into the kitchen while Maria was probably not even close to halfway & the sight took my breath away & brought literal tears to my eyes. I've NEVER noticed the backsplash is actually white! You can actually SEE through the windows now.

There's cleaning & there's deep cleaning & then there's detailing, & that's what this crew delivers!
They were thorough & efficient & fairly priced! They were even conscientious of using products that are safe to use around my cats.

I cannot recommend them more! 5 stars! 10/10! The full enchilada! If you hire Maria & her detailing crew, you will not be disappointed!

I had searching for a cleaning service for my home for many months. I came across this company on Google and I saw they have an A+ rating with the BBB. So I decided to give them a shot. Oh my gosh, I have nothing but good things to say. If you are looking for quality service and professional cleaning. Look no further. Highly recommend!

We wanted to surprise our parents with a house cleaning. We don’t live in the area so we did a search and spoke with Miss Margaret. We were told that the initial fee was $250 for two hours to which we agreed. They did inform us that additional time would be extra. We were not expecting to be charged well over $800. This feels like we were being taken advantage of considering the home is only 2,200 ft sq. Some sort of communication should have happened at minimum when the quoted price doubled. The work done as we have been told was excellent and we are grateful. The main concern is the over the top pricing. I realize that different markets require different pricing but this seems excessive. When we questioned the cost we were told that it was our responsibility as the customer to communicate that it was taking too long and the cost was too much. We are just disappointed with the experience.

I’m used to be disappointing when hiring anyone to do work - cleaning, maintenance, painting, moving, handwork, etc.

This is a rare case when I was NOT disappointed at the results. Amazing and detailed. Exceeded my expectations more than I ever expected! They definitely practice perfectionism.

Moved into a rental that was downright gross. They cleaned away decades worth of dirt and grime from terrible housekeeping.

The only drawbacks are (1) because they are perfectionists, they may take longer at the job before you. This may cause delays in getting started. (2) They are not cheap. They definitely will charge for their superior cleaning skills. So you may be left surprised at the ending costs if they stay longer than expected to get the work done.

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough. From the beginning it was a very straightforward process to set up an appointment and they were very accommodating of my hectic move out schedule.

They cleaned our 4 bedroom home quicker and more thorough than any other cleaning service I have used. The level of detail they cleaned to was far beyond what we expected.

Additionally we were not able to be home at any point during the cleaning but their professional communication meant the job was still able to get done without any issues at all.

We will be moving out leaving the house cleaner than when we moved in all thanks to Silvia and her team. Once again, I cannot recommend them enough!
