I’m not sure how this company has any 5 star reviews. After purchasing a new HVAC system (almost $12,000), and dealing with shady customer service (not calling us back, forgetting to install the drain sensor so water doesn’t leak through the attic, and not connecting the internal wires to prevent humidity from forming) this company is truly horrible. They wouldn’t stand behind their haphazard work; they wouldn’t adjust their mistakes on a brand new unit (that they advised us to buy). They wouldn’t correct the internal pan of the unit (which was installed incorrectly, as well). Truly a nightmare.

The good news: One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning fixed all of the problems. Apparently, we’re not the only ones that have had issues with Annaville AC…

I have used Annaville Air Conditioning for several years now for our home and rental properties and have been very pleased with their service. Prompt, professional and fair pricing would best describe their business ethics. Mark was our service man today and he could not have been more helpful concerning our A/C needs. Great job!

I'm a Realtor and have a property listed in Calallen, which is under contract and scheduled to close fairly soon, when I discovered the central air conditioning had gone out. The Sellers previously had very good experiences with Annaville Air Conditioning and wanted to call them first...so I did...and I'm so glad I did! They responded quickly to my frantic call and were prepared to send a technician almost immediately to the property to diagnose the problem. Kevin Harris arrived at the property to diagnose the problem(s) and was a pleasant surprise right from the start. That young man was extraordinarily polite and respectful; and right away it became clear he was also extremely knowledgeable and competent. He jumped right in to evaluate the situation, while politely explaining to me what he was doing and why. He knew exactly what to do and quickly discovered the problem, which he was able to explain to me, along with giving me a TurnKey price for the total job, right then and there. Before leaving he wanted to get in the attic to verify the condition of the ductwork and inside unit, to ensure there were no additional problems.
I couldn't be more pleased and grateful that I called Annaville A/C! The service was exceptional and their prices extremely reasonable...along with Kevin, the on-site technician, who proved to be extremely knowledgeable and competent, and ever the gentleman. Thank you Kevin and Annaville A/C!!! I'd give y'all 10 Stars if I could!!!
