Great customer service!

I have made 2 appointments via online on their website to get my hood vent cleaned.
I have received 2 separate confirmations that someone will be in touch with me to get it done, and till this day, I haven't heard from anyone.

I called for a quote for hood cleaning and told it's $1895 for 24 inch hood, not cheap but I agreed. They showed up during the night, the guy asked for $4500 on site and the payment must be paid in advance before they started cleaning, saying 'they don't care what I've been told, that's their price now'. Good luck finding someone else to pay that price for hood cleaning.

The service techs were professional & helpful. They explained what they would do to clean the ducts & vents. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

By talking to several companies in the area I was not impressed on there prosses nor knowledge on how to improve the wellbeing of my son, which he has very bad asthma. I was so lucky to have found a lovely lady by the name of Danah, which told me all i needed know. I since have used there services twice due to two separate A/C units and work schedules. The price was well worth it and done with utmost professionalism. I will be using these services again for the third time on my mothers house soon.

I recently contracted Rodela for air duct cleaning. The technicians showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us informed and showed us pictures of the work that was being completed.

My allergist recommended I have my ducts cleaned and I can’t say enough about Rodelo. Jacob and Juan arrived on time and took the time to explain what they would be doing. They are true professionals. I will certainly be calling Rodelo again if I need any of their services.

I have used these great bunch of guys for several years and multiple homes,These technicians are very Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and are always on time. They will do carpets, upholstery and pet stains and ask about the service that control the spread of covid. This family owed and operated will not disappoint and they can service commercial establishment..

From the start, the lady I spoke to was very helpful. The guy that came to disinfect our house was very professional and very respectful. I was very pleased with their product. My house felt clean when we were able to come back in. And I sure have been giving their info out to friends and family. Great job!!

This was my first time getting my AC ducts cleaned in my house and wasn’t really sure if it was important, but it was recommended that I take a look at Rodela Restoration and Cleaning. Especially with having really bad allergies and a cat and a dog that stay inside the house. I will say it is a definite must to have them cleaned. The amount of dust and dander that was in our 9 year old house was shocking. Also, I don’t have to dust around the house as often either 👍🏼The guys were very professional and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived!! I only wish of known about their services sooner!

After detecting a problem with the air quality coming out of the AC ducts, and my wife and I waking up each morning with our mouths dry and some foreign grit in our eyes, I put out a call for help to Angi List. Rodela Restoration and Cleaning responded immediately. I explained the problems we were having to Dana Durant, the Rodela Customer Services representative. She was very professional taking the time to listen to my problem and explaining in detail what Rodela Restoration could deliver. She made it seem like I had been a customer all my life. Given her professionalism and customer friendly attitude, I felt confident that Dana understood my issues and scheduled a technician to assess the problem on site at my house.
Jacob Salazar arrived on schedule for the appointment. I showed him what I thought the problem might be. He went immediately to work, pulling down all my duct vents and register. He communicated what and why he would be doing every step of the way. I appreciated his ongoing communication. The job took about three hours to complete with a thorough cleaning and fogging (The fogging was to kill any airborne bacteria). Jacob did an outstanding job for us. I was very pleased with his work, his attention to details, his professionalism, and his respectful customer service/friendly (but business like) demeaner.
Thank you, Rodela Restoration and Cleaning, especially, to Dana and Jacob. Professionalism and customer care is at the heart of who they are. They both did an excellent job for us. We are grateful beyond measure and a simple word of "Thanks" seem hardly sufficient to express our appreciation, but with that spirit in mind, we humbly, but sincerely say, "Danka, Mahalo, Gracie, Merci, Gracias, and Thank you," for a job well done. It feels great to inhale fresh and clean air coming from the AC duct system once again. We can breathe the difference. Just because the air coming out of the AC duct isn’t visible doesn't mean it is clean and fresh.
My wife and I, wholeheartedly and highly, recommend Rodela Restoration and Cleaning to anyone experiencing air quality issues in their home. They took great pride in the service they provided. Maybe, just maybe, our allergy problems will also subside as we continue to breathe clean and fresh air in the home.

Both technicians were extremely professional as well as caring and thorough with their work. My toddler was asleep when they arrived and there were careful to work quietly as to not wake her. They were excellent at explaining the process and cleaning up after they were finished. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I am the Maintenance Director at Trinity Towers. I have been using Rodela for the past 9 years. We use them for flood clean ups, Carpet cleaning, all of our floor needs including cleaning our large kitchen floor. Rodela cleans our HVAC as ducts as well. Rodela is certified to treat for COVID-19. The staff is very professional. The work that Rodela does is always top notch. Rodela is an excellent company that will take care of all of your flooring needs.

Do you happen to record the phone calls? I was not given any price on the phone when I scheduled on Monday. The phone call today was not about what you just stated in your response. The phone call today was about me saying it’s my fault because I didn’t ask for a price. Please don’t lie to the people. I nearly attached all the quotes of your competition on this review, but out of respect, i didn’t. Now that you lied about what was discussed on our call today, I might have to edit this review again with the pictures of quotes at $89-$129.

Had a very nice and professional tech come out and clean my dryer vent. It took approximately 25 minutes to do the job. He then told me it was going to be $280 for this service. Every other company I was given a quote from was $89-129$. I could not believe the price when he told me. The tech gets 5stars for being professional and courteous. The business gets no stars. Go with other companies. These people are going to rip you off.

Not only are the Rodela Restoration techs experienced, patient and dependable but so are the owners. Rain or shine they offer high quality services time and time again. You won’t regret giving them your business.

This company will not disappoint! We got fast and very good service starting from my phone call to them. Dana was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what she was talking about when she said we would feel better after getting our vents and ducts cleaned. The guys came, did their job, explained what they were goin to do an answered any questions we had. Jacob even cleaned up the little mess on floor.
