I called to make an appointment and they were a no call no show. I called to see where they were and no one answered. Finally, the owner called me back saying I was not put on his schedule. He apologized and said he would be back the next day at 11am to cut my grass. Again, he never showed. I never got a call saying he was going to be late or wasn’t coming. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. Will not be calling again.

Judging from previous results except one it seems like you have exceptional customer service, so I am surprised about my experience with you. Calling numerous times to get a rough estimate on time frame so i can adjust my schedule shouldnt be a problem at least a call back would have been nice.

Very very appreciative of James. I asked him if he could do some work on my garden for the holidays, and he said he really couldn't because he was busy, but he made time for me and worked into the night did a superb job!

I would recommend James Lawn Service to anyone in the Corpus area seeking lawn care. The gentleman who tended to my grandmother's yard was very kind and professional and I give him credit because it was a mess. I will definitely use James Lawn Service in the future!
