Mario was on time for the appointment. He fixed the stopped up plumbing lines quickly. And, the price was very reasonable. Besides the excellent service Mario provided, I also want to show my appreciation for the really nice office staff who answer the phones and make the appointments. I have used Graf Plumbing several times in the past, and I will continue to use them in the future as they are a really good company.

The president of Graf plumbing reached out to me personally to apologize for the situation, which I appreciated. Mistakes happen and are unfortunate, but I’m thankful for the time he took out of his day to give me a genuine apology and a great attempt to make things right.Original Review:
Highly unprofessional even when just attempting to make an appointment. My appointment was cancelled minutes before. After I returned to work, they then decided to send someone over completely unprompted and without my knowledge AFTER cancelling my appointment. Heard a woman saying some not so great things about calling me over the phone as well. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism with this company. -
