I was very impressed With Hand Plumbing. I was surprised to see the owner of the company, Mr. Hand, showing up at my door himself, and on time.Normally, I call a company and they send one of their techs to do the job. This time I get the owner of the company! He was the nicest and most pleasant person to work with. He was very efficient, knew exactly what I wanted him to do, and he was very personable while doing his work. He was knowledgeable, and gave me a great education about many things pertaining to a plumbing and the plumbing world. I think he is very reasonable with his prices also. He doesn’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. He just addresses whatever issues you are experiencing, evaluate it, determines if he can fix it, nine times out of 10. I’m sure he can, and he gets right on the job and gets it done. Fixed my showerhead, to where I would have more water pressure coming out, replacing the old head, fixed the pipe under my sink the way it should’ve been done in the first place, put a new cap on my sewer pipe outside, showed me where the shut off valve for the water is to the entire house, turned on the water in my guest bathroom that someone had turned off a long time ago . Excellent work, everything fixed and working nicely. Never have had such a positive experience with a plumber or a plumbing company. His wife, who answers the phone, was very kind also when she set up the appointment for me. Great company, great work, service with a smile I can’t say enough good about this company., Mr. Hand Will have my business from now on! Couldn’t be happier!
