I have used Keep It Cool twice in the last year and I am extremely happy with their services. Thomas was our tech on both visits and he brings a wealth of experience to the job. He also takes the time to explain in simple terms what’s wrong and how he can fix it. Very friendly and it’s obvious he takes pride in what he does. We have used several AC companies over the years but Keep It Cool is at the top of my list.

After Boudine Scott massacred my air conditioner install it died only 10 years later. What I would say about this is that Corpus Christi is full of HVAC scammers! I asked for several quotes and got so many different stories.
Then comes along James from Keep It Cool. I asked James for a quote on a new AC system and he gave me FIVE quotes for five different systems! It was pick your choice and it would get done. I was very adamant on exactly how this install would be performed after getting burned by Boudine Scott. James put everything in writing in the contract. The install was done TO THE LETTER of the manufactures instructions. The crew dug up my pad, raised and re-leveled it (~500 lbs) with out any complaints. They doubled the size of my air box bringing it up to code (which BS failed to do) in ONE AFTERNOON. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning said that would take a week after tearing out my walls! Ridiculous! The crew from Keep it Cool were AWESOME! They were clean, professional and super easy to deal with. Every nit picking thing I asked them to do they did it with zero push back. James also has the best prices in town. I had an American Standard system installed and it has been working perfectly for a month! I think James with Keep It Cool is the only honest HVAC owner in Corpus Christi. Your installation is MORE important than the system you choose and James' crew did it right!

Thomas returned a week later to install my Easy Start soft starter on my outdoor unit. It works great! He then installed a new smart thermostat. He was in and out quick and did a great job! NO CHARGE! Who does this?

There are pictures below. The first three are from Bodine Scott. They threw down a prefab base upside down and used sticks and rocks to level it. The unit was never tied down according to code. My airbox was never brought up to code resulting in the unit sucking in air from my attic an exterior walls. This warm air created condensation which resulted in mold invading my home. I had to have the entire exterior wall ripped out and sealed to stop the mold. Thousands of dollars!

The last two pictures are the Keep it cool installation. I'm very happy with it!

We had our fan stop working. James came in and assessed the issue right away and had the parts to get it up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. Fair price.

All the guys that came to work on the a/c were great. From the diagnostic to the replacement, they all took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all our questions. They got the work done sooner than expected. Great work

Mr. Esparza was very professional and polite! He checkout our AC/Heating Unit and noticed the heating system is not working! He did a great job at evaluating everything! Thank you!

James let me down. I paid him over $800 dollars for a service fee and 7lbs of coolant. He found a leak in the evaporator core and told me he would have to put in new one. He stopped communicating with me and we are going on 3 weeks. Now I have wasted $745.00 on coolant and I could have had it replaced by now with someone else. The days of a man being true to his words are very rare these days. I'm so disappointed and my faith in mankind is bleak. Shame on you James.

Our experience with the tech person you sent over was very outstanding. He explained in details what the problem was. He took his time to explain to me and my wife in terms of what was what and what we need to do now and in the future. He impressed us both to the point we would like him to come out again when will are ready to get the work he requested we will need.

I've used Alpha Air for the last three years. Between repair, maintenance and finally replacing our air conditioner, they have been punctual, professional and personable. Never price gouging or expensive, but reasonably priced and they stand behind their work. Use this company, you can't go wrong.

Very good prices, and prompt service. As a landlord, I have multiple homes and apartments so I use them often to maintain my older systems and install a new one when necessary. They never try to sell you something you don't need, they just fix the problem at a reasonable cost.

Of all the places I called to replace my indoor and outdoor units, they were the most reasonably priced. Everyone was very professional, the installation was pretty quick especially since it was 91 degrees outside. They vacuumed any dust from the ac closet, and swept up any dirt they tracked in. I completely recommend Alpha!

The 2 gentlemen who repaired my a/c were friendly & courteous, prompt & professional. They provided ongoing information, were proficient & knowledgeable, getting the job done quickly. I would call on them again.
