Israel was recommended to me by a trusted friend for fascia board repair. He arrived on time and his estimate was quick and easy. Once we arranged an appointment for services, Israel came back out and went over the estimate with me one more time to ensure everything was accounted for and I felt comfortable with the repairs he was going to make. He consistently communicated well and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Repairs look great. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking repairs to their home.

We had our roof installed in October of 2021. They just did the inspection in January, and the inspector said that there was several issues with shingles not being installed correctly. A lot of waves in our roof shingles. And the roofers are not available for consultation.

I was very satisfied with their service! They went the extra mile and followed up with me after some heavy rain to make sure my home was ok and that all the debris was cleared from the yard. 5 stars for Harbor Arbor!

Lack of communication lead to misunderstanding and putting the fence facing the wrong side. Upon request on how we are going to fix the issue , all I recieved was an appologoly text message and that nothing can be done.
Very unprofessional , and customer service needs work. I Will be leaving a negative report on yelp, and the SBB as well.

I will not recommend the company to anyone.

Called them to get a quote and he was at my house within 15 minute of the call and working. Extremely great customer service! Got the job done quick and done right. I will be recommending this company to friends and will definitely be using them again.

Had Josh come out to do my roof. He talk to the insuranxe company and helped wirh all the confusion i had dealing with the insurance company. The employees very polite and even cleaned up the neighbor's yard due to all the wind blowing that day. Great crew. I would definitely be calling back for other projects.

I had Harbor Arbor do two fences and one roof for me after Hurricane Harvey. Everything turned out great and their prices were just as great! There were a couple of minor issues which were addressed and resolved quickly. Josh and his crew were very polite and professional. I plan on using them again for other projects I have planned.
