These guys showed up and showed out. Done an awesome job on mowing and cleaning up our flower bed and adding mulch. Couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. Definitely looking forward to our bi-weekly cuts.

When I say I let my flower beds go.. I mean I let them go! I called them up and within a 24 hr turn around my flower beds look the same as when we moved in three years ago! Needless to say he exceeded our expectations! Definitely will continue to use him on a regular basis!

Very sad to say I’ve had a different experience with this lawn service than the rest. They frequently cut corners in my back yard, but I don’t really mind since they get the job done and people only see the front. That was until they completely stopped showing up on the agreed upon, scheduled days and I went 1/2 extra weeks with no mowing, more and more frequently. They also would sometimes just show up on random days and send me a text saying that they’re here to mow and just walk into my yard.

Then my light in the driveway was broken by the team and they just left it shattered on the sidewalk. My neighbor had to let me know since he witnessed it himself when the light fell over and they were trying to stomp it back into the hole. I can’t say for certain since I wasn’t there but it was shattered.

I figured someone drove over it or something until I brought it up to them. Jesus is very apologetic but I can’t have my lawn service be this complicated and breaking things without telling me.

I’ve never had a lawn service actively make my life harder until now. I just had to quit because they showed up on the wrong day again this week. I asked them to go ahead and mow and then I want to be done with my services because I can’t keep dealing with these issues. Instead, they left without mowing and now I’m stuck with an overgrown yard again sadly.

They also forgot to mow my side yard when they did show up 2 weeks ago (after they had already forgotten my previous mow) and never came back to correct it like promised until they showed up again on the wrong day this week.

Overall, just sad this all happened. I just want my lawn mowed on time and with care.

EDIT: Adding one star because Jesus puts forth an honest effort and offered to reimburse for the light and come out today to mow. I declined because I’m ready to move on but it is appreciated. Thank you Jesus.

Ortiz knocked it out of the park. They gave me a same-day estimate, then completed the work the next day. They weeded, trimmed, removed dead shrubs and vines, replaced mulch, and got everything looking great again. It’s hard to believe this was the same jungle they started with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent communication and prices. Will definitely use them again. A+++++
