We contacted accurate home services on Wednesday morning, and they came out the same day. Our heater in the kitchen had gone out and that of course was the coldest day so far.

The staff is very professional, took care of what they could do on Wednesday.

The technician discovered the heat strip and the blower motor were bad. . That air handler was only four years old.

Just to clarify accurate home services did not install this equipment, it was installed by another vendor they simply came out to service it

They came out the next day and installed the new parts and now our kitchen is finally above 55°.

I would highly recommend accurate home services

Our Master AC started acting up. We called Accurate AC and figured it would be Monday before they could come out- I was pleasantly surprised to hear they could come out on a Sunday and not for a huge fee. Tommy got us running.

The guy quoted me over 3x more than what my brother was charged for the same exact job. He got 2 and I still would have paid more for one. Not to mention he tried telling me the dispatch fee was 97 and I said that was wrong and he knew exactly what the number was after I said that, which was 79. Idk why a company wouldn’t have a base price for each job.

I just have few words to say which are 100% positive about the company and technician who helped us. Scott from Accurate Electric Services did an amazing job. All of the work was done accurately, efficiently, and professionally on time. I highly recommend the company for any electrical issues or changes.
