You’re left on hold. With no help. The they want to charge you an extra 50$ come out and pic up the recycling they didn’t get the first time around.
Sucks it’s the not trash place the city of Kyle uses. Also I blame Kyle for being dumb enough to use this company

Just terrible. Poor customer service. I work them commercially and I have to contact them multiple times to get anything done.

Make sure your garbage lid isn’t “overloaded” more than an inch or they won’t pick it up.

This place rocks. Yes, it's a store at the dump but you'd be amazed at what they got and for how much money... Puts stores like Dirt Cheap to absolute shame.

Drove to the landfill today, 2 mattresses + 1 box spring + 1 headboard = $140 charge

Love it, my man drops off the trash while I go shopping at the thrift store right there on the property so that makes it a thumbs up win-win for me

Called once a day for 4 straight days before getting a response. I was then informed that they would be unable to help me. Would have been nice to know 4 days ago

They keep making excuses not to pickup our trash on Tuesdays I call them and they don't know why there worker's couldn't pickup our trash we pay for Tuesday pickup and I'm not the only one out here who's trash isn't being picked up.

Lazy ppl can't do there job all ways leveling trash on the road when they pick up can't ever pick up the trash that falls out the can

Very disapointing called due to not emptying out my bucket leaving it full and dogs got to it made a mess of course I had to pick up trash and called customer service was told that the trash would be picked up within 24hrs never happened had do pick up the trash again cause the dogs got to it again and our bucket was never picked up seriously might look into another trash company..
