Terrible company and unreliable. The phone listed either doesn’t work or they purposely leave it off and it’s probably because the amount of complaints they receive. I have been trying to schedule a bulk pick up and no one will answer the phone. Bad business!

They over charged me and when I ask to talk to a supervisor they promised to give my money back and then when it actually come down to giving my money back for overcharging me for regular trash and made a million of excuses not to give me my money back that, I was overcharged and then not counting how rude and straight disrespectful they were to me they called me retarded and I'm honestly thinking of filing a hate crime cause ofnthe racial slures that they were using with me!!

I wish I had done more research on Texas Disposal Systems before signing up. They haven't taken our recycling in 6 weeks and then told me today that the barrel was too full... They are not proving the service they are charging for. Stay away, they are a waste of money.

Terrible customer service. Too bad they essentially have a monopoly on the area. No accountability and refuses to even return calls. They have no reason to help since people are stuck using them.

I didn’t even start service with Texas disposable and they dropped off cans. I didn’t even pay any money. The told me to put them out on 11-2-23 and didn’t pick them up. Now they told me they couldn’t get them picked up till 11-9-23. They absolutely SUCK!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NOT PAID FOR OR WANT THERE SERVICES!!!!!!!

Poor customer service and pathetic staff. The worker at the window, Jose was unprofessional and combative during a routine dump off. I plan on reporting his unpleasant customer service to the Texas Disposal System Operations.

Sometimes the driver just chooses not to come all the way down the street to our house. Can't get large item pick up. They don't offer recycling. AND NOW SUDDENLY AFTER 3 YEARS MY AUTOPAY STOPPED for no reason and they didn't notify me and just didn't pick up the trash.

The driver failed to pick up my trash today. I put out an old trash receptacle just like theirs and they left it this company looks for excuses not to pick the trash up. The receptacle was identical to theirs they used to pick it up

FCFS for OCC. Takes about 1hr 30 minutes to get loaded. Loaders and shipping are always friendly. 7:30am to 5pm.

The collector service never pick up my trash container according with the schedule ( weekly), very bad first impression from my first time with the company. Is always the same, I have to call every week to the customer service and request the schedule the pick up service. The ladies from the customer service they are very professional and gave me a very good service spanish and english. But the problem is the collector service is very bad.

Trash is something that we deal with every day of our life. There is always some garbage collector picking up someone’s trash every day. They work in all sorts of weather, exposed to some nasty things, and are under appreciated. I live in a neighborhood in Travis County and use Texas Disposal Systems and am always grateful that I have Bonds (my garbage collector) who has my route every other Monday. He is in a noble profession that can be under glamorous and tedious. Bonds always has a smile on his face and is very friendly and professional. He helps keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful. He is a very valuable employee and his work is very important and makes are environment safer. Bonds is an unsung hero of our city. Thanks for doing such a great job Bonds!

These people are absolutely terrible. If their contracts are ending with your city, they will leave all of your trash at your house, take your trash cans and still bill you. The employees are disgustingly rude and do not care that you pay for their service and they take the cans away. This company is TERRIBLE. We are in Nolanville and we are not the only people in this town that they are doing this to.

So tired of this company. I set up auto-pay with the sales rep when we moved in only to find out they didn't do that...... I only found out when my trash wasn't collected because they say I hadnt payed my bill! I had to pay back fees plus for the next quarter (of which my trash wasn't collected).

Since then I have had to call multiple times because my trash not been collected. They don't have a regular pick up (they say they do) and then tell customers they should be using the app to see when there is a delay. If they screw up and your can is overly full next time they still won't pick up because it is now "contaminated."

They skip houses and tell me that my neighbor must have another service because the GPS on the truck shows no one service our area on our day.
They then ask if I put my trash out on time (we do it the night before and wait until the day after collection to complain). This is the only service in the area and I confirmed with the neighbors! I'm frustrated, and no matter how polite I am most of the reps are RUDE. Even after I thank them for help and let them know I am not frustrated with the person on the phone but need to get this fixed.

What a waste of money.

This company started out great, however most recently they have failed in the basic of tasks.

We pay you to do 1 thing, pick up my trash, they didn't come round one week, then they want me to pay an extra $39 + fees to make a special trip. No, I'll just wait till the next week.

Next week comes, they pick it up but leave a ton of crap laying around on the street, call them to see when they are going to clean up their mess, oh that's on you, you need to bag that, you're not supposed to have trash not bagged. So, because of YOUR lack of responsibilities, I have to do you your job for you.

Any excuse to not do their job properly.

I'm at truck driver here to pick up a load going to Florida, the signs are confusing, and a lady in a white pickup showed up to tell me we're to go to load , she doesn't speak varry good English and she got mad at me because I did not understand her, I'm a older man and I'm a little hard of hearing, she needs More patient with people, now I'm all pist off.

VBP1466 license plate. I literally saw him dump the recycling in his truck & it fell all over the ground & when I asked him if he was goi g to pick it up he said No. the wind will blow it away. SERIOUSLY!?!? Terrible employee. He's in the business of keeping property clean. I'm sure that the business that hired this company does not want trash in their parking lot. SEE PHOTOS - if you care at all texas disposal Systems. I picked up the trash where my business pays rent that it's your company - I actually paid your employee who made a mess.
