I recently had someone install a shower trim kit, but the tub spout wasn’t flush and actually rotated. I reached out to Alex, and from the start, he was respectful, courteous, and responded right away. He gave me a fair price and scheduled me for a Wednesday appointment. However, when he had a cancellation on Tuesday, he called to see if he could come earlier, which I appreciated. He showed up, got the job done in under 30 minutes, and everything was fixed perfectly. I already have more work lined up for him and I’m looking forward to having him handle it.
