This company used substandard parts and charged almost $800/hr for labor on Wednesday in the afternoon. Do NOT use this company.

Had a emergency that my shower wouldn’t shut off the water. Called Eddie in the morning and fit me in the afternoon. What was a quick fix for him was I huge victory for me. I will use Eddie from now on for my plumbing needs.

I called Casanova Plumbing and told the lady that answered the phone the issue: a dripping kitchen faucet. She told me that if the faucet was 3-5 years old, it needed to be replaced (ours is 7 years old). She told me to go and buy a new faucet, and they will come out an install it for $150. None of this made sense: according to Delta Faucet (the manufacturer) the only thing I needed was a Cartridge Valve Replacement, which I promptly ordered from Amazon for $25.97 and my wife and I easily installed it after watching a “how to” online video. Sad !!!
