The service guy Tanner was very polite and professional, he also walked me through the whole process. I definitely will request for him to come back for any plumbing repairs that I might need in the future.

I don't like changing my rating, but I had to change this rating from 4 Stares to one. I called for master toilet water tank not holding water, through my warranty company. It took almost a week plus for the tech to be sent out. The job was apparently completed. However, the water tank was still not holding water 20 minutes after the tech left. So I am not a happy customer. They promised to to send someone out again once the parts were purchased, but did not specify how long, I will wait.
In the interim that it is resolved on time, I would update my rating, as well.

1/2/26: Today, I am happy to report that the tech guy, Junior, returned to replace the Toilet gasket and that has allowed the WC to hold water again. I have updated this service to 5 stars.

Corry did a Fantastic job replacing our water heater! Very detailed and professional and responsive! Would definitely recommend!

He was awesome, and very kind. He was in and out in no time and did amazing work. Will definitely use again just because of our experience with him. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Dylan, was way over the top. If I could give a 20-star rating, I would. Friendly. Efficient. Extraordinary knowledge and very important - empathetic to our situation. He genuinely cared about getting our mainline blockage cleared and our lives returned to a degree of normalcy. OUT OF THIS WORLD SERVICE! Our service was referred & covered by our Home Warranty Company, so I cannot provide feedback on price - sorry.

Took a little longer to schedule the install using a home warranty service, but once the details were worked out I have absolutely no complaints of the service provided by Dylan and his partner. An attic water heater install is no joke, but these two performed flawlessly and the installation passed the city code inspection without a hitch. I have used the company previously and highly endorse them.

I was serviced by relentless through a home warranty and they came in multiple times and never fixed my leak. The second time they came they said they couldn’t repair because it was another leak that was causing issues not covered by the warranty. Out of pocket they were quoting $400. They also could’ve identified the issue in the first visit and saved me the $100 fee my home warranty charges for visits.

Daniel talked me into buying a new Tankless Water heater with an offer of professional service, an exceptional value and a digital control of the new unit. None of these things turned out to be true in my opinion. The unit doesn't look professionally installed, aesthetically, not Corey's the installers fault, the module which would allow me to control my water temperature for my handicapped grandson was not included which was a primary selling point for the purchase and the offer of a $250.00 discount never materialized. When I asked about it Alyssa the receptionist just gave false statement after false statement about it.
In my opinion these Relentless Plumbing personnel are just a step above con artist and below thieves. Don't do business with this company
