Service was conducted while I was at work - workers were reported to be cordial and nice - two four way plugs were installed in utility room. Arrived at 0845 left for 30 minutes to retrieve supplies completed job by 1145. Invoiced $847.00 (no explanation of cost) - I left multiple messages for clarity and breakdown of invoice but owner never returned calls. I have no idea how much labor costs were, how much supplies/equipment costs were - very vague. An invoice for a job should have line items of costs so the customer knows what they are paying for. Will not use again.

I called Mr. Sutton to arrange a meeting for some electrical work. He gave me a time to arrive...he did. He gave me a price, was within my budget...he did the job. He gave me a time for the job, he was under the time. Work was excellent, he left the job site clean and Mr. Sutton is well mannered. All in all...great job and will have him come back as soon as I am ready for him. Thank you Mr.Sutton for a job well done!

We called Mr Sutton for a consultation a few weeks ago. He inspected the area of which we needed work on. He gave us a detailed information and recommendations of what needed to be done. He completed an extensive replacement and rebuilt of a large master switch control box. We’re very pleased at the quality professional work he provided us. Everything was neat and tidy, when he left the work site.. we’ve hired him to repair other lighting repairs around our home.. Thank you Charles, we look forward to working with you again !

We had a problem with the electrical side of some machinery. The original company sent out a crew to fix it. They couldn't find or fix the problem, so we called Sutton. Sutton Electric in Cuero, Texas does a great job! They just wired a new barn for us and ran the power to it. His workers are very knowledgeable and respectful, and clean up after themselves. Charles is great about getting back to you quickly, treating you fairly and working you in if it’s something that needs to be done quickly. He’s done a couple of small jobs for us before now. Sutton wired my new home, the new barn, the pre existing barn with new lighting. Then he hooked up my generator to the barns home and a mobile home. Great company. Very friendly and customer service was outstanding. Came out on a Sunday, which was also Father’s Day, to get us temporary power restored to the house. Then came out the next morning with what he needed to get us up and running and safe from more electrical surges.

Charles Sutton installed six floodlights, replacing the old ones that no longer worked. The ones he installed were so much brighter and better than the old ones!
I appreciate the fact that he uses top of the line products.
He also fixed my patio fan switch. He used a far superior switch than the one installed originally. Now I know just how good my fan works.
