Floor Refinishing reviews in Cypress, Texas

I would recommend this company if you need any tile and grout cleanings. Edgar is truly a professional and walked me through every step of the process. His brother did a fantastic job on my tiles and my home looks brand new now.

Edgar did a great job on my tile and grout; I was thinking he was going to make it look better but he made it look great, it looks like a brand new floor again. I'm happy and satisfied with the results he exceeded my expectations. I'm definitely using Steemers USA again!!! And will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Edgar was very responsive and took his time to answer all my questions. They worked fast, professional and respectful of our time. I would definitely recommend the service as my floors look as new as the first time.

Excellent service from the beginning quote to the end product. Very professional. The tile was cleaned and grout sealed and everything looks like new. I really appreciated the teaching points given as to how to keep the floor looking new and what products to use. All in all I would highly recommend this service.

Edgar did an awesome job cleaning my carpet and my floor. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very professional, on time and had super reasonable prices. He made my house look like as if i had replaced everything brand new. Super satisfied with his work.

We were very pleased by the very professional work done. After 10 years of kitchen use our tile needed serious cleaning we were afraid we needed to replace. The results of the cleaning completely changed our mind. The floors look brand new. Excellent work. We won't wait this long again now that we have someone we trust. Thank you.

Edgar was professional and quick on scheduling an appointment for an estimate. We agreed on an price which we thought was fair for tile and grout cleaning with color sealing and a small closet carpet cleaning. You would think our tile was replaced and new with the excellent job he did. He did not rush through the job and made sure everything was done right and encouraged a walk over. I would recommend Steemers USA to anyone.

We are very pleased with the job Edgar and crew did! Edgar was very responsive, on time, and answered all my questions. He gave me several options in my quote and even did a demo while here. Our master shower was in really bad shape and he got it looking back to new! We definitely recommend Steemers USA!

Asked them to clean the grout in our kitchen as it was extremely dirty from the kids and dogs, their prices were so good i got our kitchen and dinning area cleaned and sealed as well. They did such a great job we will be asking them to come back and do the rest of our house as it's 80% tile. 11/10!

Edgar and his team did a great job cleaning our tile floors. He told us their process and exactly what to expect. They are hard working and showed up on time which I appreciated. Our floors came out cleaner than when I had another company do it years ago. I will definitely have Steemers USA come out again when I need more cleaning done.

Very happy with the work. Cleaned tiles and colored sealed grout. Very professional, detailed. Would definitely recommend them.

Edgar responded promptly on a Sunday to my text inquiring about services. He was friendly and helpful via text and quoted me a fair price. Two days later, on the day of the visit, he texted me in advance confirming my appt and let me know his arrival time. While onsite, he explained the process, offered suggestions for cleaning and protected my walls and floors from damage from the equipment he had to bring into the home. The process was quick and painless. Floors and shower wall looks great! I definitely recommend Edgar and will be calling him when it is time to clean and reseal!

My go to for tile and grout cleaning/sealing. Highly recommend Edgar, honest pricing and amazing work. Will have Edgar back out to clean our carpets soon.

Edgar and his team did amazing! We have 3 dogs and needed our grout sealed and cleaned bad. They gave a quote on Wednesday and were able to come on Saturday.

Just moved in to my new construction and was worried for about my white grout getting dirty! I reached out to Steemers USA to do grout sealing.

Highly recommend Steemers USA!! Our flooring looks brand new, I couldn’t be more satisfied! Edgar explained the process very well and made sure to answer any questions we had before beginning. Could have upsold me but was very honest about what was right for my home. Going to be using them for all our hard floor needs in the future.

They did an awesome job on my tile!!! I didn’t know how dirty it was! I would use them again for sure! Friendly and professional staff.

Very pleased with the work the was done on the home we had them seal all the grout and stone in the house as well as epoxy the garage. When we had some minor issues with bubbles, he came out and fixed those up without an issue. Very happy! I’ve got a reminder on my phone to have them come out again in 2 years to reseal everything and recommending to friends!
