I contracted with Sam to clean my pool in August. He only came for 1 month. He asked for September payment in advance but then decided not terminate service. He has not refunded my money yet. Do not do business with him. He will not honor his contract with you.

Sam and Sean are the best. We have had two other pool companies and they don't measure up tp Pristine Pools & Spa. These guy's keep our pool looking great!

I have an older pool and plenty of trees. When Pristine shows up, it transforms into a beautiful pool and the system is running well. They're also very good at timely filter cleaning! Our pool got a great deal of use during the summer and we planned for pool cleaning mid-week, so the the weekends would be all about swimming!

Hello everyone! I know how important this reviews are for us and I like to share my feedback so it may help anyone who wants to use Pristine services. Well I just bought a house with fiberglass pool and I needed cleaning and maintaning service so I start searching online for the service and I got few comlanies cane to gave me quotes and they were super pricey. I kept looking until I found out Pristine pools & Spa. This company was not only gave me good price but also gave me feeling of trust. He was super professional and I decided to to full service by empy my whole pool and fresh water then he did all the chemicals. Since we had a baby I wanted to change filters and seadalt machine with makes all the adjustment of chemicals and he was so helpful to find me the machine on Amazon with very good price it was same brand as what I had before so I ordered and he changed that machine also he changed my filters. I was so happy to use their services. I definetly recommend to anyone.

Yes, there was a huge misunderstanding regarding Sam's dog, so I left an inaccurate and irrelevant review. Sam was very grateful to find his injured dog and my girlfriend said he was genuinely concerned. My gf and I were very upset because we thought Sam had thrown his dog out of a moving vehicle. This was not the case at all, as his dog was involved in a hit-and-run. Sam displayed logic and an even temperament when we were both emotionally invested, and he calmly thanked us for rescuing his sweet dog. I would definitely vouch for his character and integrity, which I would bet carries over to his work ethic. We do have a pool and are satisfied with our service, otherwise we would seek his services!

We had a leak in our piping near our pump and I was not about to even get to act like I could fix that problem. But Sam was quick with his quote, fast with his service, and even better with the fixing of the leak. But what really had our vote was he didn't even flinch when he walked through our gate and my dog barking but licking the entirety of the visit did not deter him 1 bit! Thanks Sam! From all of us... even Ziggy!

Finding Sam to service our pool was a Godsend. We started with the worst case scenario, a green pool full of frogs from our failed attempts to manage it as new pool owners. Sam brought it back to crystal clear for a really competitive price. We appreciate the super friendly and hard working staff that is always willing to answer our new pool owner questions. We are so thankful to have found Pristine pools to service our pool.

Pristine Pools & Spa is the best service out there in my opinion. Sam really cares about the standing of his clients pools. He is trustworthy and honest. Very responsive and hardworking. He treats his pools like they are his own. Big thumbs up to him.

These guys are the hardest working guys I know. Sam has been cleaning my pool for months now and treats it like its his own pool. He is always striving to make sure we are satisfied with the service. Now he is doing some yard care as well with Mario and these guys did an amazing job. They take great pride in their work and it shows! Definitely recommend.

Sam did a great job cleaning out my spa that was long overdue. I had called a lot of places before finding Pristine Pools, and had a surprisingly hard time finding a business that followed through with their appointments and returning calls. Sam was easy to communicate with and reliable. He also answered any questions I had and offered helpful tips so I could upkeep my spa since I was a new owner. Highly recommend.

I recently had a new pool built in my backyard and I lucked up and meet Sam of Pristine Pools and Spa at a local pool supply store. He over heard me explain to the store employee that I needed someone to take care of my new pool. Sam was pleasant enough to introduce himself to me and offered to take care of my pool that day to ensure the water was properly balanced. Not only did he come directly to my home to service my pool, he also transported the long poles that did not properly fit into my car to my home. Sam and his wife did a great job of testing and balancing the pool and they happily explained everything they were doing. Sam also took the time to ensure he understood the mechanical components to my pool. Needless to say that I hired Pristine Pools and Spa to take care of my pool. Pristine Pools & Spa services my pool every week at a very reasonable rate and they are always friendly and kind. My neighbors have also hired Pristine Pools & Spa to service their pools as well. I can't thank Pristine Pools & Spa enough for the excellent service they provide as I do not feel like having a pool is a difficult chore with them. Im grateful.

Pristine pools & spa is an excellent company, I’ve been through a lot of pool companies but this one here I would definitely recommend Sam does a really good job on my pool it is always spotless clean every time he leaves. Very reliable and communication is excellent. His prices are very reasonable in my opinion and my bill never fluctuates often. Thank you Sam for doing such a good job!

I had an amazing experience with Pristine Pools! After Sam cleaned my pool for the first time, I received a detailed report that really impressed me. He did an incredible job restoring my pool, which had been left in rough shape by the previous service. While the photos show it still a bit murky from before, Sam’s expertise in pool repair and maintenance was clear, and his customer service was top-notch. I’m so glad I found someone who truly knows what they’re doing! Highly recommend Sam and Pristine Pools!
