Trey and the Sticks crew were very professional as they did an amazing job in tree trimming, removing a small crepe myrtle by the house and grinding the stump, as well as taking care of a few exposed ground limbs on my big oaks! They were able to give me an estimate and take care of my trees within just a week! Thanks Sticks!

Sticks Tree Service removed a large dead oak from my backyard in Cypress after storm damage. Ground stump below grade, cleaned up all debris. No damage to lawn. Trees around it look healthier now.

These guys are excellent job, I was so impressed which is not easy because honestly sometimes good help is hard to find and you always take a chance when you hire someone new. They are my go to tree trimmers from now on… They did my crêpe myrtles and my trees. They cleaned up and were very polite and professional..

Sticks did an OUTSTANDING job of trimming our trees. The area was completely cleaned up as well when they were through. The workers were friendly and Trey visited the site as they started. Excellent job!

Got several trees pruned and a couple stumps ground in the Woodlands by Sticks. Crew was careful around landscaping, they did precise cuts and hauled away all debris. my yard looks good now and trees are in great shape. Easy to deal with and proper local tree service.

Edit to respond to owner-- I do not need anything from you. It took you a year to respond to this review so I do not doubt the other bad reviews that say you do not respond or show up timely. As far as all of my reviews being negative, that is not true . Anyone can look at my profile and see lots of 5 star reviews. Although, I do believe in holding negligent businesses like yours accountable for the damages they cause to other people's property .

This company damaged my property while trimming my neighbor's tree. Instead of using the proper method to keep limbs from falling on my fence and landscaping, they just let the cut limbs fall onto my property and do damage. When I caught them in the act they acted as if they didn't understand me. They clearly understood because they started using the right method of roping the limb so it couldn't fall on my property, then using a long hook to bring it in and lower it slowly. Finally, I was able to get one of them to talk to me and he didn't seem to care about the damage he caused. All he said was that when they finished they would come clean it up. My banana trees are damaged and they broke my backyard lights that were strug on my fence. When all this was happening I had my pets (chickens and dogs) in my back yard. They could have easily killed one with their carelessness. I do not recommend using them for anything!!!

Exceeded expectation of what I needed done and what was done. The crew took down my 20 year old pine at my neighborhood house, and the price and service so good, I had them come out to some acreage and grind down 4, 30 year old oaks blown over uprooted stumps. Now I know who to call next time. Thanks!

I hired Saul and his crew at Cypress Tree Service to trim 3 trees in June 2020 after he quoted me an estimate for the job. We negotiated a price that we both thought was fair. Communication was good, the price was fair for the amount of work performed, and the crew did a good job. I think I got a much better deal than my neighbor who hired a different company. Saul and his crew were careful around my property and cleaned during and after the trimming. Since I am hearing impaired all communications were through email and this was easy with no problems. The weather was bad the week he was scheduled to come, so we had multiple email exchanges to reschedule the job a few different times. During face to face communications we both wore face coverings, an extra precaution I really appreciated. I have kept his card and will hire Cypress Tree Service again in the future.

Saul was very professional from start to finish. When he came to give me an estimate I was impressed with his knowledge of the 8 trees I needed Trimmed. I liked his estimate, so decided to hire. We scheduled and he returned with his crew and was a part of every step of the process. Excellent work, I appreciated how thorough they were in full completion of the scope of work and the cleanliness in which they respectfully cleaned my yard and the street.

Saul's team even removed some branches from my yard I had cut. My son asked him to keep some of the oak and pecan for the Smoker, he was even nice enough to cut to the size needed.

Saul and his crew did a great job on my mom’s new home. It was heavily wooded and I needed 6 trees trimmed extensively away from the roof. They did a great job-very professional. They cleaned everything up neatly leaving no damage. And as I wasn’t there at the end of the job to pay them, Claudia kindly came by to take my payment the following week. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work I needed.

Cypress tree service was recommended to us when we moved to the area a couple of years ago. Since then we have used them 4 times for both general maintenance and storm cleanup. I’ve been very happy with them because they are very responsive, the prices are fair, and they leave the work area clean and neat when they leave.

I had a couple large Ash trees that were becoming dangerous. Threatening to fall on my house, splitting right down the middle. Saul came out and gave a competitive quote, their calendar looked full until 2 weeks out. He worked with his teams to be able to arrive in 2 days during us in around his other jobs due to the dangerous nature of our situation. The crew was joyful, courteous, and fast. This is a professional service, we really felt safe with their work methods. Nothing sketchy, they lowered everything safely. We added extra trees to be removed and they obliged same day. we were very happy with their service. Their whole crew was bilingual and friendly and knowledgeable.
Prices are great for the quality work you get. The owner Sal not only came out to look at the job, but oversaw the job and climbed the 100 ft tree himself! Sal is a legend!

Excellent service and pricing. Showed up on time with a full crew and got our trees trimmed beautifully and a dead pine removed safely. We added the stump grinding service and now we have a flat patch ready for sod in the spring. They were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up the debris. Already recommended them to my curious neighbors and will be using them to keep my trees in line going forward.

They are one of the few companies that when giving a time frame of when they're going to arrive, actually arrive in that time frame, and usually at the start of it. I have been using them for years and have been satisfied every time. Their prices are very reasonable and they often can get you in within the week to get your tree's serviced.
