We used Apex twice and were very happy. We found Jerad and Mario after they did work for our next door neighbor who was very pleased with their work.

First they replaced a cracked backflow preventer which was cracked during the big freeze. Not only did they replace the valve they showed me how to ensure it wouldn’t crack again….even though I had opened the screws and drained it before the freeze.

Today Apex finished a project of installing double stack rock borders around our trees and flower beds. Apex top dressed our lawn as the sod put in by the builder had lots of gaps and valleys. They also mulched all of our flower and tree beds, plus they pruned some boxwoods and replaced one.

Both my wife and I were impressed by Jerad and Mario’s integrity. They could’ve said we need to replace all of our boxwoods, but after inspection they pruned most of them and said only one would need to be replaced.

The communication and quality of work throughout the project was outstanding. We highly recommend Apex Irrigation and Landscaping.

I recently hired Apex Irrigation & Landscaping to overhaul my sprinkler system and lay new grass in my yard, and I must say, the experience was highly satisfactory.

Communication was top-notch. They explained the process clearly, provided a detailed quote upfront, and kept me updated throughout the project. Any questions I had were answered with patience and expertise.

Jared and his team did a fantastic job. They removed the old mulch put new mulch. They made my landscaping rocks look so much better. They also removed the ugly tposts and straps off my front tree. Amazing service. I recommend to everyone needing a great and perfect service. Thank you Apex!

I know the owners, and they are very transparent with the work they do; they communicate everything they were going to do to the T! They literally exceed our expectations. They were able to save on some materials ( because we decided to change pavers) and they passed on the savings to us! I love that type that of integrity!

My sprinkler system stopped working last fall. With summertime approaching, I needed it fixed and fast. I had another company come out and they spent all day but couldn’t figure it out. I called Apex and Jared diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and had the repair done within the hour. Impressed is an understatement. I will use Apex for all my irrigation needs.

I had an emergency leak that was unstoppable from anyplace other than the main water line. Apex recognized my panic and made time to help me within five hours!!! They were friendly and knowledgeable and saved the day!

I’m so glad I found these guys!!!!!! Been struggling to find responsible contractors to change all my grass and redo my flower bed. I really love their membership deal. As a single mother who doesn’t have time to mess with this stuff they took all of that off my plate.

We’re a military family being relocated on short notice. As part of getting our house market ready, we replaced the St. Augustine with this GORGEOUS Bermuda thanks to Jerad Norman and his company Apex Irrigation and Landscaping. We are soooooo sad we didn’t do it sooner! It’s so soft, easy to mow and maintain, and honestly it’s just pretty! 😍

Jerad and his team installed the sod quickly, cost effectively, and gave us tips on maintaining it. He also repaired a couple of our sprinklers that were acting up. If you need some landscaping or irrigation work done, call him! 10/10 would recommend.

Our honest reviews keep getting deleted. Because of Jared, we were willing to at least give three stars. Now that our review (with pictures and video) keeps getting deleted, I have to go down to one. Take ownership of your mistakes. It would’ve been meant so much more especially after all the promises. We believed and trusted you guys. Again, take ownership for the mess you left the back of our house that now needs to be repainted.

Apex saved us, for sure. We didn't qinterize and our irrigation system froze and broke. I called and the next day they were there to repair and drain it. We now are on their yearly maintenance. They're professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Second time I’m trying to post as my first one was block. This project fell way short and not just 1 of 4 as they claim on my wife’s post below. Our project took over a month when we were promised maybe 1.5 weeks. 1. Patio looks like a toddler did it and we have to still have to pay to have it fixed. The discount offered was a joke but I wanted to be done. 2 yard was to be leveled and I have expressed many times we still have the same pooling in the exact same spot before work, so we will see. Fresh chemicals were poured all over new turf and I was told it was fine but they would replace and they did. 3. Sprinkler system was not on for days after new sod and I was blamed until finally they came out to check and found the rain sensor was the issue.
You would expect for the 5 figures we paid we would be in love as promised but it fell way short. Again, they are claiming I said I would do more projects, nope we won’t be using or wasting my money. I regret the large spend and the more we are spending to fix. Don’t trust the posed photos. Make sure you follow up all the time bc they won’t. If there is any doubt the whole process is documented on cameras and conversations in text.

Both Jerad and his father were very professional and communicated with me through the entire process. They worked with my hectic schedule and management to make sure I still received great service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest quality work.
