Waited around during my 2 hr appointment window today, the company is a no-show. No phone call or text, no communication or consideration for client's time. Had to call them to ask them if they were still coming. Not very professional or reliable.
Update:
I posted my honest review and they proceeded to:
- Intimidate me by mentioning their lawyer
- Attack me
- Guilt me
- Make excuses instead of taking responsibility and attempting to resolve it.Nothing I said was a lie. I wasted 2 hours of my day, no communication, and they then proceeded to harass me instead of taking responsibility and attempting to resolve it professionally.
Maybe if they weren't harassing customers from leaving real reviews, someone could have save me the time I spent today. I'm going to be brave and leave this up so others have a 100% transparent review. They can decide for themselves if they want to try out a company and I hope others speak up too and not succumb to being guilted and shamed for being truthful.
