On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air

I had a really frustrating experience with On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air. After a storm damaged my AC, they charged $190 to come out after hours which was fine. They then tried to sell me a pretty basic Honeywell thermostat for $650, which is normally under $80 at Home Depot. I refused because the pricing was ridiculous, unreasonable and I was being taken advantage of. They didn’t test any thermostat to check whether their claim of a bad thermostat was true. Later, when I called them again for heating issues, they said they won’t charge a service fee and that their Manager Tech Alexander will go out there, check what’s wrong and let me know how much it costs. Well he went there and had my tenant pay $215 for the second service without consulting me, despite me being the one who arranged the service. Overall, it felt like they were more focused on profit than on genuine customer care. I will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I'm totally impressed with On Point Plumbing, Electrical, and A/C! Anthony paid us the visit and resolved a lighting flickering issue in our home: it required some in-depth evaluation but only minor repair. At the same time Anthony made a great suggestion to install a whole-house surge protector at the breakers, which I didn't know was even a 'thing.' we will most certainly re-call On Point for our future needs in plumbing, elec, and A/C!

I had back-to-back-to-back experiences with their plumber, Dorian, and their HVAC expert, Alexander, and their electrician, Ryan, in the same week. I took advantage of their affordable maintenance plan, and they did not disappoint in their evaluation and recommendations. They found a few items that needed to be addressed soon, and some items that they said I could (watch) and wait it out. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Every bit of 5 stars!
