I'm totally impressed with On Point Plumbing, Electrical, and A/C! Anthony paid us the visit and resolved a lighting flickering issue in our home: it required some in-depth evaluation but only minor repair. At the same time Anthony made a great suggestion to install a whole-house surge protector at the breakers, which I didn't know was even a 'thing.' we will most certainly re-call On Point for our future needs in plumbing, elec, and A/C!

I had back-to-back-to-back experiences with their plumber, Dorian, and their HVAC expert, Alexander, and their electrician, Ryan, in the same week. I took advantage of their affordable maintenance plan, and they did not disappoint in their evaluation and recommendations. They found a few items that needed to be addressed soon, and some items that they said I could (watch) and wait it out. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Every bit of 5 stars!

Alexander at On Point is not only excellent at what he does but also an amazing person to be around. He's all about integrity and making sure his customers are well taken care of. If you want your AC and heating to be in optimum operating condition, make sure you reach and talk to Alex! Their monthly VIP $24.95 membership is well priced and a no brainer! They take good care of you!

Used First American Home Warranty to look for an electrician due to having issues with our outlets in our kitchen tripping breakers and our work order was assigned to On Point. We received plenty of texts and calls on when to expect our service technician and Anthony from On Point arrived on time and went above and beyond making sure I was set up and good to go. Communication throughout the whole process was great, Anthony was polite and professional and we would definitely call him again if we need any additional work done in the future.

In my opinion, On Point sent the best guy out to do the job for my Home, Christian did a wonderful job. He reprogram my Wi-Fi lighting and changed my breaker.He made his job look very easy when I know that it’s a dangerous job, but I appreciate the technician they chose for my Home.

Assigned via AHS Home warranty, set realistic expectations about arrival, arrived on time with parts on the truck to fix an exhaust fan. Christian Flores worked clean, was extremely personable and got the job done quickly. First rate!

Christian the technician was awesome. Warranty did not cover for my light fixtures to be replaced although that didn't happen he was very kind efficient and professional he even replaced a plug cover for me just to be nice. Would definitely recommend Christian to get the job done.

Jrew did an outstanding job fixing our issue. He fully explained the process and completed the job very efficiently. He is very personable and his customer service skills are top knotch.

The technician (Ryan) did a fantastic job installing a high voltage plug for my Tesla. He was friendly and professoral and detailed with his work. He ensured my plug is properly screwed into the studs. I would highly recommend OnPoint and Ryan for electrical work on your house

I had a great experience with Steve-O. He was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable while fixing a leaky sink. He explained the issue step by step and even showed pictures, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. Excellent work and an all-around great guy!

A one-stop shop for whole home maintenance! Bought a new house that needed professional level TLC and On Point did all the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing it desperately needed. Anthony with On Point is the absolute best electrician to have come to your home for your electrical repair needs. He was very polite, professional, and incredibly efficient with oir repair needs. I was assigned this company through my home warranty company, Cinch, where I paid a deductible. It was Friday and last minute. There was a surge that knocked out a couple outlets and lights in my home. The soonest they could get someone out was Monday. I received a time-window that was not all day and the technician, Christian, arrived an hour after the window opened. I was grateful I did not have to wait hours so I was able to make my other appointments.
I showed Christian all the spots I recognized as problem areas and he thanked me for showing and telling him my concerns. Then, he took the time to check everything out and gave me insight and realist expectations. The recommendations Christian gave me were not excessive and realistic. You know how done people tend to try to oversell you? I do not like that. He did not do that I all. I was thankful for his help and the addressing of my concerns. My issues were resolved. Thank you Christian for good customer service and getting my house back to where I needed.

Christian Torres at OnPoint saved my hide! My garage outlets had trouble and remote troubleshooting with another electrician didn’t work. Christian did an excellent and efficient job fixing a grounding issue that prevented my boyfriend from charging his EV. Christian even ensured I saw and understood the fix. 5 stars and highly recommended
