The team arrived on time, were super efficient, and finished in a very timely manner. They were super friendly, polite, and considerate (with my husband and I both working from home). They left our house smelling so clean, which was not something I wasn't expecting! Highly recommend this team.

Juan did an excellent job of explaining what work needed to be done at our home. His team was professional, considerate and communicated clearly. My review is with respect to promptness, professionalism and communication while trying to obtain a quote for residential mold remediation. Unfortunately, I was stuck with a different mold remediation company that turned out to be a total nightmare. I had hoped to switch over to this company after their glowing reviews. Juan came out and promptly gave me a very fair quote. Ariana followed up several times to see if I wanted to proceed. Juan even came out for an adjustment after the scope of work was increased. Unfortunately, I was so deep in with the other company that I couldn’t switch over, but I wish I had gone with these guys from the start. Seamless communication. Other companies really should take note.

They did a good job. Had a huge job that still needs some work. But they were professional and took care of things when obstacles arose.

Being a real estate investor in the Houston area that buys houses in any condition, often will require deodorization of the property since we buy houses in Houston as-is. I have used Eric and his team for the last five years on multiple properties, and they have done an outstanding job on even the toughest stinkiest conditions. Whether it’s been cigarette smoke, or animal odors, or both, they have been extremely professional, and have done the jobs to my satisfaction every time. I have recommended them to my fellow Real Estate Investors in Houston, and I’m impressed with what an effective job they do using environmentally friendly products and actually eliminating the odor, not just masking it. Additionally, I have compared their pricing with other companies, and their rates are very competitive and “investor friendly “.

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience with Eric. From the beginning, he failed to follow proper remediation protocol, which significantly worsened the mold issue in my home. After being confronted, he admitted his error and promised to clean the entire house at no additional cost. Unfortunately, that promise turned into four failed mold tests due to his continued negligence and refusal to remove visibly moldy and moisture-damaged subflooring — a step that was absolutely necessary for us to pass clearance.

After multiple failures and mounting frustration, I gave him a final opportunity to make things right. Instead, he attempted to pressure me into paying the full remaining balance upfront, claiming he would complete the job — only to then back out and falsely state that the property had passed clearance. That was a blatant lie. He even went so far as to threaten legal action, despite clear evidence that the job was never completed properly.

To make matters worse, after receiving written notice requesting that any remaining equipment be removed under supervision, Eric and his high school son unlawfully entered my home through a window and took his belongings without permission — prompting me to file a criminal report for trespassing and property damage.

Eric is a manipulator who preys on vulnerable homeowners dealing with serious mold issues. He lures people in with a low price but fails to deliver, leaving your home — and your finances — in worse condition. I would strongly caution anyone against working with him.

I have been consulting Team Home solutions. Their leader, Eric Saavedra is an expert. He has been in this business for nearly two decades and knows stuff. His recommendations are very thoughtful, and his service very thorough. Customer service is excellent. Thanks Eric.

It is imperative to hire Team Home Solutions for vent cleaning. They came to visit my house and provided a very competitive and reasonable estimate. There was no pressure to upsell services. They promptly answered questions when a competitor raised an issue. Team Home Solutions gave reasonable and easy to understand answers (confirmed later by a different company) indicating their honesty. Confirmation emails and text messages were sent as reminders.
The team arrived when agreed upon. 1 supervisor and 2 technicians took on the job, with 1 person working in the attic cleaning out the plenums and the other 2 tackling each of the registers and ducts.
All 3 were respectful, courteous and attentive to a thorough job, keeping the house clean.
Before and after photos were provided which showed an incredible improvement.
I feel they went above and beyond, so I will be calling them again when Texas dust and mold kicks up.

After I purchased a new AC system, Team Home Solutions came out to clean my ductwork and vents. Although they normally send at least a two person crew, Tyler explained to me he would have to handle the job by himself. It would be the same quality service but it might take a little longer. Tyler was professional and answered any questions I had.

We recently had mold issues in our upstairs area and consulted four different companies for remediation and prevention solutions. After hearing a wide range of opinions, we chose Home Team Solutions in Cypress, TX, and I’m so glad we did.

From the start, Erick stood out—he was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about our concerns. His detailed approach gave us confidence in their plan.

Freddy and his team came today to do the air duct cleaning. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond when they noticed sheet rock dust on top of the kitchen cabinets and vacuumed it up! I highly recommend them. Update! 8/19/2025. My house had become very dusty again. I called and Eric came out that day. Inspected everything and found a possible cause. Very good customer service!
