I called Climate Experts Heating, Ventilation, & Air to have my AC / Heat Units looked at before an upcoming Home Sale Inspection. The care for customer and professionalism I received from Ethan was authentic and very much appreciated. Ethan took his time to ensure I completely understood, the couple issues that he found with my units. The items that were fixed on my unit, Ethan was upfront and told me they didn’t need to be replaced at this moment. But I had them replace anyway so the new owners would not have to worry. Wow!! That was refreshing to have a company come out and truly be transparent.

I wish there was a Climate Expert Heating, Ventilation & Air in the state I’m moving to. Since there is not one, the least I could do is leave a review……

Ethan is fantastic! My Ac wasn’t working properly, so I gave him a call. He came over the next day. He gave me a recommendation for what was wrong, told me to talk to the home warranty to see if I could get a better price before I made a decision. The home warranty really tried to screw me. Ethan came back, fixed what has to get fixed. Very responsive (texts me when he’s arriving, etc)

Climate Experts is the best in the business! When our A/C compressor stopped working (after hours) I called Climate Experts. Ethan was at our house within 45 minutes. Knowledgeable and professional, he expertly diagnosed our problem. He was back the next day to replace the compressor. He was honest and diligent, answering all of my questions in great detail. He took the time to make sure our system running properly and even called that night to follow up. There is no one else I would trust; I couldn’t have asked for better service.
