Trent and River were on time, polite, and efficient! They not only covered the job I requested of them but were able to add on a separate job. I was very pleased.

We were under the impression from our furniture store that, due to the stain protectant on our sectional, it was not recommended to have it professionally steamed. I spoke to Steam Commander and simply had to let them know the “cleaning code” and they steamed our sectional to look as good as new after 5 years of wear and tear! It smells and looks fresh and clean.

Trent and River were polite and professional. They listened to my concerns and were able to remove all of the pet accident stains off of my carpets. I would definitely recommend!!

I couldn’t be happier with the job this company did cleaning my floors! From start to finish, they were professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. They took the time to move furniture carefully, treated my home with respect, and left the floors looking brand new. Their team was also very courteous and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both quality work and great customer service, but they definitely did.
Highly recommend to anyone who wants their floors cleaned the right way!

They are such a great company and always take their time with the cleanings. Carpets and upholstery always look and smell brand new when they are done. I have 2 shedding labs and they always make the hair disappear! Great company...highly recommend!!

Wow!! They did such an amazing job!
We have carpet upstairs and are eventually going to remove it but plan to do so when we do the bathroom remodel in January.
I decided to go ahead and try cleaning it because our son suffers from allergies and it’s just holding dust and dirt.
I can’t believe how clean and fresh it is now.
There were also some stains from my mom’s dog that I was unable to get out but they got rid of all of them. Looking back I wasted money buying cleaning products that didn’t work. Not sure what they use on the stains but they disappeared.
Techs were courteous, polite and professional. Great work!!!
I may even keep the carpet now since it looks brand new.

Gerardo did an awesome job! Explained what he needed to do to clean my carpets in my primary bedroom and stairs, then cleaned them. So amazing!

I gave two stars because the team did their effort; they came to my house twice trying to clean the sofas. However, their product couldn't clean them. The sofas had just one hard stain that I knew could be difficult to remove, but the rest was dirty from daily use. I paid $400, and they still look grimy.
The pictures are after cleaning them twice. I'm very disappointed with the result.

Update:
I change my review to 3 stars instead of 2 because the customer service is great, and they care about their clients. I got a call from the business owner looking for what they can do for me to be satisfied, and she offered me a third cleaning, but I think if 2 cleanings couldn't do the work, I don't think a third will do it. So, she gave me a refund of $100. Even when I didn't get what I was expecting, they made an effort to make me feel better.

Gerardo that was working with us did an amazing job! We had adhesive from a crew that installed the wood flooring all over the house! With this company they did exactly what we needed to get it cleaned up! I highly recommend this company to everyone and will make sure we have them service all our cleaning needs when it comes to flooring!

I was dreading having to replace my carpet after my doggie decided to pee upstairs. She isn’t allowed there, and of course, gate was left open and first thing she does is relieve herself. 😩 I had Gerardo and Kevin from Steam Commander deep steam clean the carpet yesterday and that horrible smell is gone! Best part is that treatment reaches the pads, ensuring it doesn’t come back. They were super quick and professional. I recommend their services!

We just had Steam Commander out to clean our carpets. They did an amazing job! Such a professional, friendly group, from the office staff to the technician (Gerardo) who cleaned our carpets. They were very reasonably priced and our carpets look brand new. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank y’all!

Steam Commander is awesome. We came home from vacation to find our Vortens commode had cracked was leaking water into our our bathroom, closet and next door bedroom. Steam Commander without delay arrived and began vacuuming up the water, taking detailed photos, diagrams, and electronic water saturation testing. Then the same day Steam Commanders took out the sheetrock, paneling, carpet and pad. The same day Steam Commander later installed the necessary blowers and heaters. Most impressively Steam Commanders took detailed measurement with an electronic sensor of the carpet and all other areas to show the insurance company that the damage was real. Also the wonderful technician Robert came back everyday to take additional readings to prove to the insurance company the number of days the heaters and blowers were needed each day. Robert answered all our question in a detailed and polite manner. (Note These electronic readings also assured us that the area was being properly dried out with a constant temperature.) After the area was dry, within a few days Steam Commander came out and did a detailed estimate on what the repair costs would be and filed it with the insurance company. Steam Commander knows exactly what the insurance company wants proof of to get reimbursement and works with the insurance company to help us get paid. How wonderful to have Steam Commander do the back up needed for the insurance company. How wonderful to not have to hassle with the insurance company.
PS ( Several years ago I also used Steam Commander to clean my ten year old white stained cloth chairs. To my surprise the chairs looked brand new again after Steam Commanders cleaning!! Yahoo chairs look great again!!)

Top notch quality at a great value! From the ease of scheduling, with updates on arrival time were all very nice! I honestly thought I needed new furniture and needed to replace my carpet but all it needed was a detailed clean and it looks brand new! I will definitely be returning when I’m ready to tackle the tile in my house! I’ve added before and after photos

The guys showed up on time , were friendly , respectful and efficient. They did our quote onsite and gave us an explanation of the work to be completed. Would highly recommend them . They did my sofa, carpets and rug and thus far looks to have turned out great! Would highly recommend
