Update: Last week my dog had surgery and I hadn’t finished my chores by the time they arrived. I told them to ignore my laundry and I would fold it upon return. To my surprise, they folded my laundry. Jazmin & Nancy went out of their way to lighten my load. There are no words to adequately express my gratitude. I look forward to seeing them!!! 🙏😇

What started as a simple one-time yard cut has turned into a long-term relationship with Ruiz Landscaping — and I couldn't be happier with that outcome. After just two visits, the quality of their work spoke for itself, and I quickly signed up for biweekly service. Now I have fencing work lined up with them too.

Every single cut is done with care and attention to detail. Ruiz and his team are hardworking, reliable, and consistently go above and beyond what's expected. Beyond mowing, they've planted 8 trees on my property and tackled irrigation work for my flower beds — all done with the same level of craftsmanship and professionalism.

On a Thumbtack request from the day prior, Mr Ruiz picked up mulch for us today, cleaned up our backyard flower beds with a hoe, planted beautiful flowers and dressed the beds with mulch. Very good service.

Ruiz Landscaping missed our first scheduled appointment—no show, no call. After I sent a follow-up message the next day through the Thumbtack app, they finally showed up later that same day (March 19, 2025).

Once the work was completed, it was done very well, and we agreed on a weekly rate for ongoing yard maintenance. We also discussed some needed irrigation repairs, and I was given a date when they would provide a quote and return to complete the work. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Despite several follow-ups through the Thumbtack app, I was repeatedly told that a quote would be sent over, but I never received anything. Additionally, they have not returned to my property for the weekly maintenance we agreed on.

I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and follow-through. It’s now been three weeks of me trying to get a response, and I’ve finally given up. I have since scheduled another landscaping company to come out on Monday to provide a quote for both the yard maintenance and irrigation work.

Robert did a great job for us on two separate occasions, while we were trying to sell a house. He responded quickly, identified a simple issue that was overlooked by the inspector, and saved us a lot of money on unnecessary repairs. We can’t recommend Robert highly enough.

This man will be my regular electrician. ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL!!!!!!! Thank you

Great service, came same day and fixed my furnace so I didn't have to spend the night cold!

Called on a late Friday evening. They were able to answer, come out and fix my furnace all within an hour for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anybody out there in need of any heating or cooling help!

My heat wasn't working so I contacted Wilmer and he replied within minutes and was able to come fix my furnace the same day. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service. We had a custom build and the builders used WM for HVAC and some other duct work. Wilmer was very professional and was able to do some complicated duct work for our house!

However the service came in when we had some AC troubles a few months in. Wilmer came out late evening immediately and was able to fix if. He was always responsive and great work. He came back again in a few weeks to replace some parts (not his fault) but overall I am impressed with the customer seri r and I would recommend WM for anyone for their custom home installations.
