I had to decline using them for my construction needs, felt like I avoided being scammed. To many red flags, and the communication was very poor between the salesman and the project manager. Things got really wierd when I declined to pay 7k upfront and hope they returned in 2 weeks. Be careful with these guys.

DeLeon and his team were awesome! Great quality work and very professional. The put up my patio covering, ceiling fan and string lights in less than two days! I even had a light dimmer installed in my media room. I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone!

I had these guys roughly about half a year ago. Put a patio on my house. It is leaking now and the wood is already starting to rot. They're not getting back to me at all. I spent $6750 on the patio. Got a great deal, it's just these guys are not reliable. I'm sure the leak could be easily fixed. And my concerns can be easily addressed. Poor communication

We used Improved Construction and Remodeling services for many different projects: master bathroom, half bath, kitchen flooring, popcorn ceiling removal, window replacement, and painting. David and team finished the promised work on time. There were no surprised expenses once the project started. There were even a couple of things that David and team took care at no charge. They are very professional and cleaned up on a daily basis to help keep the mess at a minimal amount. David would keep us up to date on a daily basis on what was going to happen every day and made sure that would work with our schedule. I would recommend them with the highest confidence and plan on using them for any and all projects in the future.

I should have posted this a long time ago. David and his team took up old tile in my kitchen and entryway. He then put in the new tile The job was excellent from the start. He listens carefully to what you want, asks questions and makes suggestions. He thoroughly explains the process. He also came to my office and installed a barn door. His workmen leave the site clean every day. The tile was installed beautifully! and exactly how I wanted it to be done. I will hire him again when we decide to remodel. Have no qualms about using his services.

Wonderful team. David and Gerardo work seamlessly with clients, and they have good crew to cover the job. I did an extended roof (gazebo), good work, looks nice. What really surprised me is after job done, payment made, they sent another crew the next day to check out the roof and shingle to make sure it won't leak. Responsible practice. I hope this company will be around for long time to help more people with their update needs.

David and his team recently finished a remodel of two bathrooms in our home. Finished a week ahead of promised date, on budget, and the quality of work is great - his entire team was very respectful of my home and protected it like it was their own. It's stressful to remodel - especially while living in it during the process and with pets, no less! Improve Construction will be my first call on any future work we need done.

Look out for details. I provided sketch of what had been approved by the HOA and Improved Project Manager decided to build gazebo to their own specs and desire. The Project manager is sneaky and willing to take you for a fool. The workmanship is fine, done properly. Watch out for their sneaky project leader.Overall, I won't use them again,

I hired David and his crew in order to build a covered patio. David was more than prompt and excited to help add this addition to my home. He came out and walked me through the entire process and how it would all unfold. He quoted me a time that he was planning on starting the project and even called within a day or so saying that he was able to move the timeline up and could get it done every faster. They were able to complete the entire project in less than two days. We absolutely love it. Will use them again.

David and his crew were awesome! Improve Construction delivers, quality and timely work. They constructed a cedar covered patio with a fan for a very reasonable price. David Is a professional, he keeps you up to date and he is communicates and listens to your concerns. The crew was timely, professional and organized. I am a customer for life, I've had my share of shady contractors, I can testify that Improve Construction is legit, honest and I will refer them everytime!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. It took them more time than usual because our concrete was extra thick. Without that slowdown, their time estimate was right on the money.

They ran into a trouble spot where their standard procedures would not work. They offered me a couple of options and efficiently implemented them.

The owner of the company, an engineer, was on site to make sure this is were going well.
