We had them come out to inspect chimney and gas insert because it would not start. Two techs later, we were told that the insert has a known defect, and would be covered under manufacture warranty. Would be calling later in the day with the details. That was 3 weeks ago, I have called 3 times and asked for update, no return call, nothing. piss poor customer service.

I used Masters Services for repair work on my fireplace. The staff that answered the phone in the office were always friendly and very helpful. I had to get approval from my HOA for the work on the chimney, and the staff gave me the information I needed to get my request submitted.
I also had a good experience with Ryan who evaluated my fireplace, and gave me the estimate for the work to be done. Ryan was always willing to answer questions that arose before and after the installation.
