Constraction reviews in Dallas, Texas

The experience we had with the contractors were amazing. They did everything they went over and beyond. I really do appreciate that did not have one problem with them. I would highly recommend this company. I would just say to make sure that when you first do the the house foundation inspection that they really look at it cause it did cost us more than they originally priced us!

Jo and his team did a great job transforming our yard! Great service at a very good price.

This company was doing a job for my neighbor and had the alley blocked I asked them to move their truck truck and the employee told me I didn’t own the alley. I asked him again to move the truck then he started cursing me in Spanish and three guys came out and charged my vehicle. These people are dangerous.

Best Contractor in all areas

Great job very satisfied with the work done !

Courteous, professional & dependable!! Can’t recommend 360 enough for fair pricing, prompt service & excellent work!!

If they decide to show up maybe it’ll change. Unprofessional and untimely! Ezequel has no clue as to what’s going on with his crew. Had an appointment at 8am, called Ezequel at 1030.. he had no clue as to where his crew was and what they were doing. Still waiting at 1:30 with no answer no calls NOTHING. Save yourself the headache and pick another business!!

They finally showed up at 2pm.. ezequel’s reply was “Well we’re here now”

I absolutely LOVE working with them! Such an odd thing that we needed done and 360 Building Services got it done in a timely manner and communicated every stop of the way, even if there was a delay due to weather or etc. We had a car run through our front porch and we needed new concrete in a corner, new bricks, new supporting pillar, and part of a new front yard, and some railing on our porch. I dare say it looks better than it did even before the person ran through it.
As a woman, I am used to contractors talking to me as if I do not know what I am talking about or searching for my husband to communicate with instead of me; however, that was not the case at all. I will be using this team for all our future needs. I cannot recommend them enough

Ezequel and his crew were fantastic! A car lost control on our street and ran through our column. We were looking for a great contractor in the Dallas area to help us repair this situation. After a quick Google search, we came across Ezequel and I could tell how honest and fair he was from the first time we met him. He was straightforward and provided us with a fair and honest price for repair. Another contractor wanted to overcharge us (almost triple) the price for less quality. All I can say is that, if you need work done on your house, Ezequel is the person that will get the job done!

Quality and Quick.

Had my roof replaced, It also had solar panels as well, which they also specialized in. Smooth process overall.

I needed work on my fence and after contacting different companies I was recommended “King of Kings”. Mr. Garcia was very helpful and explained the process. I loved the outcome, would contact again if needed.

I reached out to King of Kings after seeing how well they did on my neighbor’s fence. They were quick to respond and offered a great price to replace and stain my fence. The entire job only took a single day and we’re thrilled with the results! Can’t recommend them enough!

They were responsive, well priced, and the work was good quality.

I was in need of a fence replacement and stressing about finding a decent contractor. I was referred to King of Kings. A plus for me is that Emanuel came out to make the sale, and would also be Lead on the job. No Subcontractors! Where there was ground erosion they solved it, after telling me “put your little shovel away.” I have a new found sense of security at my location. Price great; No Shortcuts; great work ethic. Juan, Rico, Emanuel, and any 4th person on the crew get a thumbs up from me. Thanks King of Kings!

Emanuel and his team did such a great job on our fence, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only were their prices competitive with the other bids that I got, but what sold me was how great Emanuel was about communicating through the entire process. He always let me know when he and his team were arriving, and then let me know when they were cleaning up to go home in case I had any questions about the work that they had done that day.

Great work, professional and works fast. Told us it would take two days and finished in one. Would recommend and use again.

King of Kings did an exceptional job on our fence. It took one day to take the existing fence down and one day to put the new fence up. I would choose King of Kings again for this project.

Just had an 8ft fence built by Candido and could not be more happy! They actually got the permit for the 8ft fence and knocked the whole project out in two days! It looks amazing and honestly feels and seems really sturdy. Candido was great to work with and stands by his work! I’m having him give me quotes for a deck I am working on as well! Highly highly recommend!!!

King of King fences built a beautiful board on board fence. What an incredible experience from beginning to end. This is a family run company and the sense of family extends all the way to the team of builders that work with them. My wife and I enjoyed visiting with them each morning That they came to our house and they could not have been more considerate, thoughtful, or friendly. King of King sets is the best combination of professional and personal. Several months after the fence was built I had problems with one gate that was due to someone apparently standing on it. They responded to my call and came out quickly, and the fence is once again as good as new. I could not recommend them more highly.

I had an outstanding experience with King of Kings Fence. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my needs and provided expert recommendations to ensure the perfect fencing solution for my property.
