Genco Construction did an excellent job on our addition and covered patio. The entire project came together beautifully, and we are especially happy with the covered/screened deck. It has become one of our favorite parts of the house.

I can't say enough good things about Genco Construction! We hired them for what we thought would be a stressful major project—raising our roof and converting a crawl space into a bedroom and bathroom. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely exceptional.

Genco handled everything: the permit process, HOA approvals, all the details that typically give homeowners headaches. Despite the scope of the work, there was zero disruption to our daily life. The design support was outstanding—I had plenty of options to make the space truly my own while benefiting from their professional guidance to ensure everything looked cohesive and beautiful.

The project came in on time and on budget (which feels almost unheard of!), and all resources were true-certified. When the work was complete, I received a comprehensive binder documenting everything—all materials used, detailed notes on the work performed, and even specific care and cleaning instructions for the new room.

But what really sets Genco apart is our contractor, Shaun. I've never experienced this level of responsiveness—every call and text was answered immediately. He's incredibly professional with deep expertise that made this complex project feel easy for us as homeowners. Beyond that, he's genuinely friendly and warm. My kids knew him by name and would run to greet him with hugs!

We were so impressed that we hired Genco again for a master bathroom and closet remodel. True to form: on time, on budget, completed in just two weeks flat. The finishes and quality exceed my expectations—it's now hands-down the nicest room in our house.

I've actually just had Shaun and his team completely renovate my kitchen, and overall, I'm very pleased with how it's turned out. The new design is much more functional, and the new cabinets look fantastic. Shaun was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process with his daily logs. The only problem was that it took a little longer than expected, due to some issues with the cabinet makers, but once all the materials were delivered, they got it all finished up quite quickly and nicely. Would definitely recommend Shaun to anyone who needs some good quality work done without all the hassle.

We just finished a second-story addition on our house with Shaun, and I have to say it was one of the smoothest big projects we've ever done. From the very first meeting, Shaun listened to what we wanted, gave us realistic options, and actually delivered on everything he promised. We were a little gun-shy at first because our previous contractor talked a big game but completely bailed when the permitting got complicated. Shaun stepped in, got solid plans drawn up, and had our permit approved in just about 6 weeks—huge relief. His crew was professional, respectful of our family, and the whole process from design to final walkthrough felt straightforward. We're thrilled with the extra space and how it all turned out. Genco Construction rescued my condo remodel after my first contractor messed things up. Genco not only completed the project but also discovered a serious shower waterproofing issue that would have caused a major leak and corrected multiple finish defects — taking the project over the finish line. Great communication, high-quality work, and a team that actually cares about doing it right. Highly recommend.

Wonderful company. Grant (the owner) was great to work with! They were efficient, fast and very professional. I would highly recommend them. We are a non profit that rescues animals and then provides veterinary care and adoption for them.
We also provide equine therapy to disabled veterans and special needs children.
Grant was kind enough to donate half a day of his time to our sanctuary.

Wow, this guy is good! Grant from "Know Before You Dig" came out to my rural property near Decatur to mark buried electrical lines before I started to build a barn at one location and before I dug at another. He marked lines at both locations, and also notified me of the depth of each line. His impressive (truckload) of equipment was top notch, and his rates were below market.
As we chatted for a while, I learned that he has over 35 years of experience not only locating lines, but training other line locators as well.
I would recommend him and his company without reservation.

Grant was awesome! We are planning to plant a tree and needed help finding our gas line in our backyard. We had called 811 prior to Grant coming to the house. I only needed him to find my gas line but he checked everything for us. We are thankful we did because 811 was up to 18” off in some places. Highly recommend!!!

We use the mannorly handyman service monthly. they are always timely. And get every project we need finished! We have also called in plumbing emergencies and they sent an expert over immediately. This is a great company whom we will continue utilizing.

Where to even start. This whole team is amazing! Office staff, misty, Trisha, Jesse, Jose, jeff, Carlos, the crew, all of them. My home burnt down and they did a demo in just a few hours. Jesse and his crew are machines!!! They work so hard and did the demo so fast and left everything so clean. After the demo Jesse built us the nicest pad so smooth and level! (We live in a slope) he is an artist!!! once the home was ready for delivery these guys did everything to get the home safely to the property! They trimmed the trees on the road so it wouldn’t drag on the house. These guys truly think of everything. Exceptional work! July is a hot month but these guys worked all the way thru to install my house. They are the hardest working men and truly the best. This is my 2nd home and this set up is by far superior to the last set by another company. I 100% everyone use this team for your manufactured home delivery, set, electric, septic,water pad and anything else you may need on the property. They are very detail oriented, hilarious and you can see how much they pride they take in their work. They had my home connected to all utilities the same day they installed it. All in one day! Thank you Texas mobile for everything yall did for us.

Grant was awesome. He helped us navigate 80 years of utility lines around our home. Our yard had an underground web of gas, electrical, cable, phone, and water lines. His experience and expertise helped us prepare our home and make safe sound changes for the next 80 years. Thank you so much.

These folks were awesome! This is the second manufactured home put on our property and this process went incredibly smoothly, especially compared to our first experience. These people went above and beyond! Within two days, they had a pad built, both halves of the double wide delivered and attached! They worked over the weekend to complete the task before fresh new rains were to begin Sunday night. Jim Wattersn, Jesse Foster and Jose (don’t know his last name) kept me updated on everything that was happening and answered any questions I had. If you need any of the services offered, Texas Mobile and Modular Specialists are your go to people!!

Had security cameras installed by TAB Home Services and couldn’t be happier. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They explained the setup clearly, ran all the wiring cleanly, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend them if you want quality work done right the first time.

ABOVE & BEYOND. We had spent a long afternoon searching for a clean out and at 8pm at night, our plumber said we would need a line locator. I immediately searched google for a local line locator & called Know Before You Dig. Grant answered and I provided him the information I was given. He left his dinner table and sacrificed his dessert to come help us locate the line/cleanout. He arrived promptly and pulled out his state of the art equipment and located where the cleanout was buried in minutes. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable. As he was driving away from our house, the cleanout was located in a brief dig! I shared his contact info with all of our friends and neighbors in case they ever need an honest, thorough locator who exceeds all service expectations.
