I can only speak to Jon as a person. Jon is someone who is driven to do the right thing. He is honest and someone you can trust. His work ethic and attention to detail is unmatched. I don’t see any reason why who he is to his core wouldn’t carry over and be extended to his customers.

From the moment I reached out for a quote, he was incredibly prompt in his response and provided a very fair estimate.

What truly impressed me was his outstanding communication throughout the project. He understood the importance of keeping me informed, especially given my distance, and he regularly sent text message updates with photos and the latest status of the work. It made me feel involved and assured that everything was on track. At the end, he sent over a share drive of the final walkthrough pics that show before and after.

Not only was his communication top-notch, but the quality of his work was also really good. I had vetted several contractors, and John stood out for his honesty and professionalism and he definitely demonstrated that in his work.
