Incredible home renovation team! HG completely remodeled both our kitchen and primary bathroom, along with other smaller projects such as enclosing a room and refinishing our wood floors. Every phase far exceeded our expectations, all while being expedient and taking extreme care of our home. I highly recommend this fantastic team, and will definitely look to HG for any future projects.

We used HG&Co to completely rebuild our kitchen after a hidden water leak caused significant damage to the flooring and cabinets. The design and construction scheduling process was quick and easy. The team showed amazing attention to detail and was very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the project. Our project was completed very quickly (as promised) and the space was left clean of any debris/dust. Herman, Jade, Lydia, and the rest of the team at HG&Co did an amazing job and we would use them again for future home renovation projects.

Working with Herman and his team was a very good experience and I will use them again for any future projects. Herman was accurate with his estimate and the quality of work was top notch. HG & Co was not the cheapest option, but I strongly believe you get what you pay for, and ultimately, I feel that I received very good value in exchange. I worked closely with David throughout the project and communication was quick. and timely. I felt like I was kept informed along the way and there were no surprises. Simply put, HG & CO offers high quality work at a fair price in a professional manner .

HG & CO Home Improvement kept everything on track and was great to work with (Herman Guerra & David Walter) This is the Home Improvement Company everyone needs when deciding on home upgrades. HG & CO knew exactly the next steps to take with replacing flooring and upgrading our second full bathroom. From color selection to a plethora of options. We got great quality work quickly and they were easy to work with. The close attention to detail was important to my wife. We are very pleased in our decision to hire HG&CO for our master bath remodel. Herman, the owner, is an excellent communicator, attentive and has a great eye for design (which was an area we welcomed!). Herman and team were very efficient in sourcing and requesting several samples to help us find the perfect floor and shower tiles. They found a beautiful terrazzo tile that we're still over the moon about. Their granite guy cut us a custom countertop for our vanity. The crew is very talented and kept a tidy work space for the duration of the project. We highly recommend HG&CO to all our friends and family!

My husband and I used HG & CO to turn our detached garage into a livable space with a full bathroom. We've previously used another contractor to do some remodeling for the inside of our house, and were not impressed with the quality. I found this company online and was immediately impressed with Herman. His team did a very thorough job converting our garage. The work was very well done, and Herman's team responded to our concerns and additional requests throughout the whole project. We plan on using them in the future for additional work.

Our new primary bathroom is amazing! We could not be happier with the quality of all the work completed. They also replaced our roof, removed a skylight and added proper support beams to an existing patio cover structure in the back yard. Highly recommend HG&Company. They can do it all and do it all at with exceptional quality.

You always hear those horror stories about remodeling contractors. Well, my kitchen remodel experience was totally the opposite with HG&Co. From the owner to the designer, the project managers to the trades’ workers, EVERYONE was courteous, professional and accommodating. They all made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout every step. I could not be happier with the outcome and will definitely use HG&Co for future projects!!!

HG&Co. helped us create an incredible outdoor kitchen, and they did a phenomenal job! The owner checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were completely satisfied, and Mason was an outstanding project manager. He followed through on everything he promised and coordinated the project seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Our Plano house had a leak in the master bath shower. It required that the bottom of the shower be demo’d and a new shower pan be installed along with matching tile.

I talked to 4 other companies before I was recommended Herman’s services by a friend of ours. Herman took a consultative approach and provided me a price that I think was completely fair. The other contractors suggested cutting corners while still charging me as much as Herman did.

We had a few minor concerns regarding the installation of the tile, and a quick call to Herman (he’s very responsive on the phone) quickly rectified the issues to my liking. We will definitely be using Herman’s services in the future.

On this day a year ago, my husband and I were dreaming of building a new garage addition to our home sweet home! We are so excited to share that HG&Co. made all of our dreams come true and beyond with this project! Herman and his professional team did an absolutely amazing job building us our dream garage. Buddy and his crew have done an excellent job on my Mother's home: replaced sealant around exterior windows, replaced the roof, painted the interior (repairing seams first), replaced front porch railing, etc. Does great work and has a friendly and respectful crew. Highly recommend him for any job!

Herman and his team knocked it out of the park for us. Even though our project wasn’t huge, it was complicated (new windows, matching brick, matching existing interior walls) and they made it generally seamless and stress free.

Herman and his team were great at communicating, letting us know where we were tracking relative to budget and timeline and I was never really worried. Unlike many contractors, they were responsive, showed up on time to meetings and generally calmed our stress after some unfortunate house issues. When we had openings in the house while traveling, they want above and beyond to seal them up and make us feel safe. End result is flawless, trying to get back on their schedule for our backyard / outdoor kitchen!

We recently had the pleasure of working with HG and Co. to build our home, and the experience was positive and satisfactory. From the very beginning, their team was professional, communicative, and genuinely invested time in design process.

The entire process — from design to final touches — was handled with precision and care. Their attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to timelines were impressive. Every crew member we interacted with was respectful, skilled, and clearly passionate about their work.

What stood out most was the transparency throughout the project. We were kept in the loop with regular updates, and any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. They also provided thoughtful suggestions that enhanced the final result without pushing us over budget.

HG&Co. delivers an outstanding service, high quality work, and possesses the knowhow to get the job done right. After the job they just did it would difficult to go with anyone else for our next home improvement/renovation. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

Our 1954 home was in desperate need of some modern day improvements that I honestly didn't have the time or heart to tear into myself. Specifically our soffits were in rough shape, likely installed with the house in 1954, they were barely hanging on, requiring caulking each year, paint so thick it was beginning to pull off in sheets, riddled with inadequate venting with various soffit vents of different sizes and varieties that were too few and poorly spaced, and in desperate need of replacing. To improve the ventilation I wanted all the soffits replaced with a continuous perforated, smooth hardieboard installed around the house that I know will last a lifetime. In addition, to ensure proper ventilation I wanted attic baffles added, ridge vents to be cut and whirlybirds removed. And to top it all off, I wanted to add some aesthetic improvements by adding some new cedar columns, extending the look of the ship lapped siding across the front porch ceiling, and adding soffit downlighting across the exterior of the house.

After talking to a number of companies I decided to give HG&Co. a call and was immediately impressed. They did not over promise, actually understood the project, have experience working on these more challenging older homes, were transparent about potential hiccups/additional costs, and though not the cheapest bid gave me the confidence that they knew how to get the job done right. They did an absolutely outstanding job. All of their crews were courteous and professional, and though there were a few minor hiccups here and there, they always came out and fixed it to my full satisfaction.

HG&Co. gets the job done the right way, and I look forward having a mind at ease knowing the job was done right and the house will be better for it!

HG & Co. helped me redo my kitchen. Not only did I leave this experience with a fantastic looking kitchen, but working with them was so easy. They were very organized, helpful and professional. Also very communicative throughout the process and responsive when I had questions. Since I used their showroom everything was delivered on-time for the project. I would definitely recommend using HG & Co.

Bottom line here, if you want your home renovation project done right the first time, HG Construction will do it. My project was a complete kitchen and master bathroom gut and flip. They were extremely professional every step of the way and I truly felt like they cared about my home. I even lived in it during the process and their workers made sure they cleaned up each day as best as they could to ensure it was safe for me to live in the house during construction. The team with HG had great communication and were easy to get in touch with for any of my questions, changes, or concerns. They use an app that is helpful to follow the scheduling and updates throughout the project so that everyone stays on the same page. Besides logistically being great to work with, the quality of the work was top notch. I almost tear up every time I see my new kitchen! Highly recommend this company to work with if you are wanting a reliable, efficient, and caring team to get your projects done.

We had our patio done and we love it! They were quick and the process was simple, which we greatly appreciated. Herman understood our vision with picture inspiration and he was straight forward throughout the process. The price is reasonable and the work done is clean and professional as well! HG & Co. did an amazing job transforming the main bathroom of our house into a marvelous space, and removing pop corn ceiling and painting ceilings in several rooms in the house. They have a set of vendors that have outstanding quality. I only have positive things to say about them, all of the people that came in to do tile, AC, plumbing, carpenters, electricians and painting were professional, courteous and on time. During all the process David Walter kept great communication with us, going above and beyond in several occasions. Herman Guerra has built a great team that excels in customer service and quality, but most importantly, they give you what you need, not what they want to sell like other companies. And Santos, he is the best. Attention to detail to the max! We are super happy with the end product and they will definitely be my go to company for any future projects. We loved working with HG&Co. They were with us every step of the way throughout the process, starting with the design - choosing fixtures & tile - to small encounters we discovered during demo, to the very end result! They were fast and efficient, but delivered great quality work! Jade and team were so helpful on the design side of things, listening to what we wanted and coming up with great solutions and options.
