Mariano was incredible! This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any type of repair man coming to my home. He was exactly on time! No waiting around for 3-4 hours. Extremely polite and courteous! Was willing to fix anything we needed done. Everything was fixed properly and quickly and done with a smile. It felt like a friend coming over to fix something for me. I will only be calling this company when I need an electrical problem fixed. I will be sure ask for Mariano too! THANK YOU!!!👍

I had lost partial power and called over a weekend. I got a prompt answer (no operator), and Witt guided me through potential fixes and helped me troubleshoot whether the issue was with Oncor or internal. I was able to get on the schedule the day of, but they made sure I contacted Oncor first before they came out and I was charged. Very helpful and very responsive. I’ll be saving their number for any future electrical issues.

I had an unusual issue with my bathroom circuit. Jaxson listened to my observations and was able to successfully resolve my issue. He also performed a circuit box rejuvenation, found and corrected its many issues, and cleaned it up very nicely. I appreciate his communication skills and technical abilities.
