About the business:

In 2009, I saw a need for flat screen mounting and audio video installation. The only companies doing audio video at that time seemed to cater only to the wealthy. Or the big box stores offered big box service at big box prices. I thought I could do better by offering quality workmanship, excellent one on one customer service, and reasonable prices, all with in a timely manner. Now, in 2014, I realize we have done that. In our short time in business, we have done thousands of installs and have only managed to acquire two bad reviews at this point. We try to make sure all customers are happy, but unfortunately that is mathematically impossible it seems. Yes we are human. Not all humans see eye to eye all the time. We have established a lengthy list of positive reviews from people that were happy enough to go out of their way to write great reviews for us. For them we are extremely grateful, because without them the only reviews would be those few unhappy people.
