I can't talk about this team without spilling tears of gratitude. I brought them in to help with a home that was completely overwhelming and out of control. We started at a point where I felt defeated, depressed, and trapped. Working through the process with Absolute Touch has completely changed our family's home and thought process. The entire family is engaged and on the same page. Our world is organized nd accessible. We can reach everything we need , and aren't crowded out by things we don't. We feel lighter, cleaner and connected. We learned cleaning and organization techniques, but also display and decor styling. They even helped with new ways to do things that adapted to my limited mobility. When each step is painful, standing in the kitchen cooking a meal for an hour can be torture. Everything has now been reorganized and regrouped, so no matter where I work, the things I need are the closest to the tasks I do in that area. It takes less time, fewer steps, and a lot less pain.
The best part was the emotional aspect they helped us through. My outlook is refreshed, I feel clm and optimistic. I am back in control of my life and home. We face an upcoming challenge of dealing with the home of a parent who passed away. I am so grateful that we will have the Absolute Touch team to help us through that challenge and grief as well. They make all the difference in the world.

Let me just tell you. These lovely people saved my life and my nerves. I'm really going through some things and Marissa and Derek stepped in and simplified my life so much that I've been fighting tears from relief all day. Life has gotten the better of me recently and my house fell into what I would consider near ruin. These angels swooped in and saved me. My house when from dingy and gross to beautiful and sparkling. I literally could go on all day. Marissa is also a life coach and a wonderful person. If you need someone to set you and your life into order, I very highly highly recommend them. I intend to sit down and cry with relief after they've left lol. Marissa is an absolute God send!

Marisa and her crew are absolutely amazing. They truly care about their clients and the job they are doing. They cleaned my grandparents house who are disabled, and it looks like it used to when I was little for the first time in years. Marisa is beyond amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with her. She is incredibly professional and responsive. My house was a complete disaster after a flood and dealing with a water mitigation company that left a mess and didn’t unpack as they said they would. Initially, we had hired another cleaning service who came in and said the condition of the house was too much for them. Marisa came in, excited, rather than shaming me, took charge and somehow completely decluttered, organized and then deep cleaned the home in a matter of days. Her daughter, Ashira, was also a complete gem. They are an amazing team working together! My jaw literally dropped upon entering the home. I’ve never seen my home so organized and minimal!

Marisa and Rasheed were amazing! I was so embarrassed to have my apartment cleaned because of the state it was in but they both came in and made such a huge difference! And best of all, they were both lovely people and I never felt judged with how the apartment looked. They were patient, reassuring, and always had a positive attitude! I highly recommend to anyone!

The experience I had with the owners were unmatched! They take their time from the initial consultation meeting all the way through the appointment. You can tell they take pride in their work. I hired for them to come to our house and help my mom purge and organize her room after moving in only a month prior. I was unable to book them sooner due to their busy schedule. Although, our initial appointment time was rescheduled, Marisa took the time to call me and inform me of being the next available weekend for us to reschedule. The team arrived early/on time to begin. They took breaks when needed for my mom's sake. With purging personal items, it can be very tense and emotional. They took their time and were very personable. I have referred them to colleagues and other family in the area. They are unmatched when it comes to being as versatile as they are! Whatever you need big or small they are the ones to call :)

I reached out to Absolute Touch one night in a state of desperation. I needed to downsize and had 30 years of "stuff" to deal with. I had moved from a 2000 sq ft home with my soon-to-be-ex spouse into a small one bedroom apartment alone. I did not have enough room for all of my boxes and things. My space was depressing - not inviting or cozy. I had some boxes that I had never opened since packing them up decades ago. I also had inherited things from my late father and his parents that didn't hold value for me but I didn't know how to let go of them. I knew I needed to purge, but knew I wouldn't do it properly on my own and that I needed help. Marisa came in and dug deep. We touched everything I had packed away - I threw things away and donated others. We also went through all of my clothes. I think we had 30 bags to purge (not JUST clothes!). She did indeed push me and challenge me to look at my connections to old objects that do not serve me. She helped me get ready for the future and not cling nostalgically to the past. This process wasn't just about material objects. It was emotional, psychological, and spiritual. Once we purged, Marisa and her team organized my new space and now I have so much more room and am not embarrassed by my borderline-hoarder mess. I invested time and money, and I plan to maintain this new way of living. Marisa and her team at Absolute Touch were just what my life was needing in many ways. I am grateful.

I loved the owner of this company, Marisa. She was very professional and caring. Her helpers were kind and thorough. The results were amazing! Marisa kept in touch and sent pictures throughout the project. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use them again! Loved their positivity!

I contacted the team at Absolute Touch Services looking for help re-organizing our home and to get a deep clean after many years without either. We desperately needed the help to catch up when our lives got so busy that we lost control of the clutter.

Marisa and her team got in contact very quickly and were out to evaluate and give a quote within a very short window. We scheduled with them for a few weeks out, after a roommate had moved out.

They were kind enough to work with us outside their normal business days to ensure we got the best service we could. It was a hard few days, very emotional as they helped us purge all the things we no longer needed. Going through a massive organizational overhaul and purge like that, we never once felt judged as they personally witnessed all aspects of our lives.

We ended up needing to schedule more time, due to the volume being larger than us or their team estimated, however Marisa and her team were incredibly responsive to feedback and extremely polite and helpful in making decisions. We never felt like we were being upsold on services, and they did an excellent job with the deep clean at the end.

In the end we felt so much relief, like a massive weight and stress had been lifted from us and peace could return to our minds. We 100% recommend working with Marisa's team and will happily do so again should we need their services.

In just a few days the Absolute Touch team de-cluttered and organized our entire home, including the garage! Extremely helpful with storage solutions for heirloom and keepsake items. They were professional, on time, and stayed on schedule. We highly recommend them!

I got the flu a week before my move out of state and was feeling very overwhelmed about what needed to be accomplished in order to stay on schedule. I emailed Marisa late one night explaining my situation and she replied immediately and called me the next morning to learn more about my needs and to make a plan. She fit me into her schedule at the last minute and she truly was the only reason I was ready to move on my scheduled date. I am a 20 year old college student who has struggled my whole life with organization and cleaning in my room. Marisa and David did such an amazing job on our whole house, and I was nervous about them even looking at my room. Before this, I was leary that a virtual service would be effective, but their process was incredibly seemless.
Through video calls, Coach Marisa was patient, non-judgmental, and came up with awesome solutions that suited my family's needs - she also has an awesome vibe. They saw the space and talked me through sorting and decluttering. The results far exceeded my expectations! Marissa and her team are thoughtful and respectful in their approach, as we engaged their services in helping a family member get their living space reorganized, decluttered and deep-cleaned. It can be a daunting task to address needs like this, as well as overwhelming when considering how to even begin - but Marissa’s approach was gentle and supportive, and then dependable when it was time to do the hard stuff. She worked carefully with our family to consider what needed to stay and what could go, all while progressing towards a better space to thrive in the future. Communication was meticulous and very clear around how her approach would work, what services cost, and how we could proceed - and more than anything, I appreciated that we never felt rushed or devalued. She was there to help US take these steps, and facilitating that change - along with establish a great launchpad for future success - made all the difference. Highly recommended.

This is not a personal bash on the owner's personality. She has a very sweet and warm aura. This 1-star review is on her business acumen. Marisa did not thoroughly discuss certain key aspects: A) a thorough consultation that involves discussing how my home functions and lay out measurable goals for her to complete, and B) a specific policy that explicitly discusses refunds and cancellations.

Marisa came to my home and did a very quick consultation. We agreed on a price, time, and date. Keep in mind, we never explicity (HUGE EMPHASIS ON THE WORD EXPLICITLY) discussed a cancellation or refund policy. Once the deposit of 50% was paid, my dates are locked in, meaning she can confirm she will be here to perform the job. The remaining 50% was due on the first day of the work. I repeat, no refund or cancellation terms were explicitly discussed. We scheduled for 4 hours on Monday and 6 hours on the following Friday. On Monday, we get started. I specifically told her that i may not be able to chime in as much because i will be working from home on the days she scheduled me. She said she's very comfortable with working without my involvement. She began in my bedroom, where I quickly realized my feedback was needed constantly (which went against what we just agreed on). We exchanged pleasantries, which is where the warm personality shines through. It was genuinely mentally exhausting for me to juggle work and chiming in to organized. Furthermore, I realized that neither she nor I specifically discussed expectations of how my home should look, nor did we lay out measurable goals. Once she finished the Monday job, I realized that my bedroom was only esthetically pleasing, but was more dysfunctional for me than before she came in. We spoke the next Tuesday and I asked that we cancel the Friday job. She says and I quote "Your dates are locked in. I've never had a client cancel before. This is a grey area for me, so I don't know how to go about this." She then went on to agree that we did not EXPLICITY discuss a refund policy. Locked-in dates guarantee that she will show up for the job. She sent me long email the next day stating that she has chosen (keyword "chosen") not to refund me the 50% I asked for. She did 40% of the work (4 out of the 10 hours) and I only asked for 50% back, meaning I'm allowing her to keep 10% for her inconvenience. She says it's because I just decided not cancel because I didn't feel like it, and that it wasn't a sickness or emergency. For me, my personal health or emergencies are not something I need to reveal to a business. The fact of the matter is that if no refund or cancellation policy was ever discussed, then the policy does not exist. It just seems like she conjured up a policy of her own based on her definition of locked-in dated, which again, did not specify how to govern a cancellation or refund. I already filed a formal complain to the state of Texas against her business. I will consider filing a small claims lawsuit in the name of the principle of just being an honest business. No agreement, either written or verbal, was discussed on how to go about this manner. She went about things her own way based what benefits her as a business, instead of further discussing it with me to come to a close.
