We received fast and professional service. Marcus was terrifc he explained and showed us that needed done and why. His work was completed neatly and we could see the difference in our water system. We definitely want him as our permanent technician.

When I called yesterday, I gave very explicit details on what I have for a dryer vent, how long it is, that it has several turns in it and every possible detail that I could include to the person that was taking down the information. I was quoted $99 plus another $69 for other services that would take place. I also made sure to tell the person taking the information down that it was very clogged, and they reassured me that it was fine and that there might be an extra charge.
We set an appointment, they said 8 am on Sunday, I asked for 9 am and was told that there would be someone here at that time. Well 9:30 comes and goes and no one shows up, no calls, no texts, no contact. So I call in and am told that they would be there between 9 to 12. I said that no one told me that there was a time window, but was told that someone would be here at 9 am today. He then said he would get someone here as soon as possible, the tech showed up around 10:45. This is when the bait and switch started.
After assessing the job, the tech tells me to check my phone for the estimate. The message I receive from them shows a bill for over $810!!! Basically 4 times what I was quoted!!!! I've owned my own business for almost 30 years, and there is no way I would do that to a client!!! There is also no way that it would take this person more than a couple of hours at most to clean this vent, and they want over $800 to do the work, and I was assisting the technician as well move the washer/dryer stacked combo unit. This price also didn't include the other work that I stated that I wanted to have done, which is an access to both upright pipes for the dryer vent, WHICH I HAD TOLD THEM I WANTED DONE WHEN I INITIALLY CALLED FOR SERVICE.
