I had a service call on a system that is 3 years old. The drain lines were clogged.
Justin Holland was very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He let me know what he going to do and what it would cost. He coached me on how to avoid this problem in the future.
The pricing was very reasonable.
I trust this company and highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about my recent plumbing service call with Astar Heating and Air! They were prompt, professional, and everything was handled efficiently, but the real star of the show was our technician, Josiah.
Josiah was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done (without using overly confusing jargon!), and completed the plumbing repair with incredible care and expertise. He was polite, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with the work.
It's rare to find such high-quality service, and Josiah is a huge asset to the Astar team. If you need plumbing service, I highly recommend requesting him! Five stars all the way.
