Service man was courteous, BUT I believe some of the work was unnecessary but I decided to err on the side of caution. However, he tried to sell me an 8 oz. container of Nu Line an A/C drain cleaner for $30. I refused. I later checked with Home Depot and it sell there for $8.95. A similar brand (same formula) Web Cleaner for A/C Drain Lines sells at Lowe's for $5.97. He was persistent in also pushing AC Re-New for $199. That was priced at $68.98. That I absolutely refused. Your technician kept referring to a book for prices, an old stunt. While I feel I was overcharged, the unit is operating satisfactorily. I inquired about replacing my system and I was given an outrageous quote in excess (from the book) of $7000/. I don't think I will be using your service again. This is not the 4 Seasons I remember a few years ago.

I got a call from one of those $39 tune up companies and agreed to let them come out and take a look at my heat pumps. We had done a lot of construction and I was worried about sheet rock dust damaging our expensive equipment. Of course they said my system was in horrible shape and needed a $3000 cleaning. I called 4 Seasons the next day and was charged $69 for their tech to come out. He was much more knowledgeable about my system and showed me how to remove the filters (the ones the previous guy said did not exist) and clean them. Only one system was dirty enough to worry about and he honestly answered that on a scale of 1-100 it was a 20. He calibrated my thermostats and showed me how to maintain my units. All this for $69. I greatly appreciated his honesty and value. I will definitely use them in the future. They saved me $3000 and gave me an education on my system. Great job!
